My mother-in-law recently had a great experience here, so off we went. Entered the store early Saturday afternoon; it was moderately busy - maybe a handful of other couples/families browsing. As we cruised around the store, we noticed a line of computers/desks along the left wall of the store - completely empty. No associates. Later, as we moved toward the ceiling fans, one associate appeared behind the desk Up the ramp to the ceiling fan section and across the store sat another check out counter with computers. We looked at several different ceiling fans - scanning QR codes, discussing sizing, etc. As we continued shopping, we couldn't help notice the two associates near the counter who seemed happier chatting amongst themselves than selling merchandise. We were in the store a MINIMUM of 15 minutes - looking, scanning, discussing, and NOT ONE team member approached us. No wonder they feel the need to have so many cameras - they have no associates who care! It wasn't a total loss, though, we shared a few chuckles taking bets on prices before scanning the QR codes.
