This place looks small from the front but they have a HUGE inventory of slabs in the back behind…read morethe showroom. It is a bit overwhelming. The showroom is a bit "busy", although they do have a lot of samples and items on display. When it's not busy, it is fun to look at the samples. The receptionist was kind to give us a cold bottle of water on our visit. There were a few employees outside in the slab area that checked up on me to see if I needed help but since I was browsing, I declined. On to the slab area-There are 3 areas. 1st is inside the HUGE white tent/canopy. On a hot summer day, you don't want to be in here for long. There are no fans or anything that would circulate air. Forklifts and the 10 ton crane are actively operating. There are some sample shelves off to the right on the west side about halfway down just past the entrance. The next area (2) is outside just past the halfway point on the west(right side) Finally, if you aren't tired yet, keep walking from area 2 all the way to the back and behind the white tent structure and around to the other side of the tent. Forklifts were and can be active so be careful and watch your steps outside. The areas aren't leveled.

Sue Haley was the first sales associate to help me. I was having problems with my visualizer app and she took me right to their computer and helped me to visualize my tile selections in my bathroom. She was very knowledgeable and patient in showing me how to access and use the visualizer app. I selected a few tiles that I liked and Sue Haley set me up with their designer Marianne. I showed Marianne the large format tile I had selected for my shower walls and she pulled some floor tiles for me and showed me how you can set them up against the large format tile display making it easy to see if they go well together. She also let me know that all she needed was my builders information and I could take five samples home free. I had no idea. This was such a convenient service and it helped me a lot to take these samples home and see them in my bathroom. I selected the tiles, and a few days later I returned the samples that I didn't want. That day a sales associate named Serenity easily helped me pick out the grout color that would pull the wall and floor tiles perfectly together. I was able to select all the supplies I needed completely in my budget. They have very competitive pricing. Anywhere from inexpensive to custom-made expensive and everything in between. Works great now. 5 stars to the Refrigerator crew!! after such positive success with the fridge, we called Premier for their dishwasher team. we were able to order and replace the needed parts ourselves with LGs great website and video assistance. however, one problem remained that continues to elude repair. I guess the dishwasher guy took offense because of our initiative to do the majority of the repair. He tried quoting a repair and parts fee sight unseen that was not at all what was needed. Then hewas belligerent about coming out to do a diagnostic, quoting the fee for that. We were asking for that help, so we're already to pay for it! This the consult. When he finally comes, he doesn't do a diagnostic with the computer system at all. He runs it a few minutes, makes a few guesses, then leaves. Charged us for his "expertise." Problem not solved. 0 stars for the dishwasher guys.

I walked in and the owner is busy running around loading, fixing, verifying various appliances. The front of the store is set up with great quality products but he didn't have a receptionist so I was patient. When he came to me, I told him what I was looking for because the refrigerators in the front were too big for what I needed and out of my small budget. He walked me to the back and showed me the perfect one. He delivered it the next day (he is a one man shop-loads and delivers by himself if it is not being picked up.) I called the next day thinking there was a problem with the fridge but it was a user error and although he knew it was simple, he still came at the end of his day to come show me TWICE! (1st time was programing the fridge, 2nd was my error of plugging in the microwave and fridge in the same outlet. ‍‍ I can't imagine how tough it might be for him to have to deliver to people when they don't live close. Without staff to help, he basically is leaving his business and potentially losing customers. I am very close so it was easier, but early morning or end of day is about the only time he has to be able to deliver or service what people buy if there is an issue. He gives a 45 day guarantee which is great!
