If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst company when dealing with your money and insurance. I canceled my insurance with plenty of notice and the agent failed to submit the document and I was still charged for my monthly insurance $365 now I have to wait for a check in the mail. Needless to say this mistake has caused me late fees through my financial institution. Stay away from this company & go through Jerry or directly through the insurance companies. the lady at the front desk to the right is very bad at het job, she just wants to run through the people and get the ordeal over with, she says things and doesn't even do them, she was extremely rude when calling me a month after my insurance was cancelled because of a mistake SHE made with my application which was saying she was setting up auto pay but in reality she didnt, also happened to a friend of mine that came the SAME day and worked with the same lady, she even offered a discount like why offer a discount if there was no error? extremely disappointing considering I have family that came here and had a good experience, a couple of days ago I got a text from a debt collector company telling me i owe money to them, when the lady called me she never mentioned no outstanding balance or anything of the sort, sad, I paid 400$ to get things going just to not be covered for more than a month. read more

This place is the worst place to get your auto insurance they pressure you to buy something you don't want they hold your license and registration hostage in the back so you won't leave and when you call for a quote they give you a low price but when you get to the office they give you a ridiculous high price never again would I go to this office or any freeway offices. read more

As a new client, it's one of the worst place ever, they charged my card without my consent; I told them not to charge it because I didn't have funds and they still took 300, causing extra fees charged by my bank. I personally went there that next day to get my money back and they haven't refund my money, not only that, they can't or didn't want to return 20 dollars because they said the processing fee is not in their disposition yet they used it to charge me in the first place. I was like, I didn't authorize it! It's been a little over ten days and I still see that they haven't refund my money back. It's ridiculous to be dealing with this when I already have insurance and I didn't use not one day with their insurance. read more

I have never been to a place that is so unprofessional, especially when they are trying to sell you insurance. I've been to this place 3 times (twice with the same person) and that person made it a horrible experience for me and my family. He would say jokes that were unnecessary. Made fun of my dad for having the insurance under MY name? I'm 25 years old and I'd do anything to help my parents. I don't know why he kept making jokes about me being in charge. Then when we were finally fed up with the smart comments he was saying (2 hours later) we asked him if he can just cancel my parents, they wanted nothing to do with this business and he acted as if he couldn't do it anymore. Finally the manager stepped in (very polite and professional man) and we got things situated. NEVER again will I go or recommend someone to this horrible place that gets advertised so well on the radio. If you happen to go, please don't get help by Sonny! Was disappointed with the way they handled the situation. Having to change current policy and add a car they managed to figure that I needed three separate policies . With three separate polices that meant triple the start up fee . I felt pressured to go with what the offered because they didn't show me any comparisons, just TOLD me what was the cheapest ...I was adding $160 a month , that was not a deal. When I decided to cancel what I started they refused to give me back my checks and although they canceled it, I had to call my bank and put stop payments on my checks . When I questioned something and the agent called his 'headquarters' he spoke in Spanish so I would not understand what he was Saying ...very rude !!! I ended up calling and going with a highly reputable insurance company , great service and very affordable . Will not ever go to freeway insurance because they are brokers and add fees to the insurance cost. I have to give it a star rating , but I don't think they deserve even one star ! read more
