I was told that the colon hygienist is suppose to assist you through the first session and also, show you (if you'd like) the contents emptied in the end as part of the analysis. None of that was asked. 3) colon hygienist/ manager was not friendly from the beginning, no welcoming first time welcome, no thorough explanation. She was detailed in the process and was speedy in sending me a confirmation email and list on what to expect and how to prepare for my colon hydrotherapy. Upon arriving the location was safe and accessible with private parking. Estrella immediately checked my temperature and this establishment requires masks which I loved, ensuring everyone's safety. The next step was going to the massage room where I filled out an intake form about past medical history/ bowel movement history.
