He clearly took advantage of an elderly woman, which is just disgusting and bad business. I can buy a lego set for $500. If the owner is a total crook, this behaviour gets cascaded down into his team members. Avoid this Nissan dealership at all costs unless the ownership changes and Daniel is gone.

She immediately gave me attitude for wanting to know right then and there and with a crabby attitude proceeded to tell me "well the part u ordered couldn't be put on due to a pieace I could have went and got" like literally told me "I could have went and got" and it was a major thing I needed done the original reason I was even there! I even asked why I wasn't called I could have easily went and got that pieace who I turns out was a tiny gasket that's it! I got no answer and was walked out, left there wondering what the price would be now? Should be cheaper right? NOPE WAS $100 MORE!!!!
