What I got was the opposite, they left the apartment dirtier than before! One cleaner showed up with her teenage son, who was shirtless and sitting in the middle of the apartment when we arrived. Despite charging me for 8 hours, they stayed for 4 hours stating it's a team of 2 professionals... When I returned after the cleaning, most of the apartment was UNTOUCHED including basics like the vanity or appliances! I brought this to their attention and they sent the team back but I wasn't there. I came back the next day to find a horrible smell, and the toilet had been used and left unflushed, with pee stains on it!!! Absolutely disgusting, the apartment was more unsanitary after their visit than before!!! I reached out to the company and their customer service rep Julie tried her best, but ignored my request for a refund. No response, no accountability. I paid almost $600 for this nonsense!!! SHAME ON YOU. AVOID this company at all costs, you'll spend more time cleaning up after them than before they came!

When I needed cleaning last minute…read morefor a birthday, I contacted several companies eco way was one of them, they told me they don't have availability but will contact me if someone cancels, I found another company that was available and booked them the next day in the morning, but than eco way calls me and tells me they can come immediately same day at 4:30pm they saw the videos of my one bedroom and said they can come and clean it. I agreed and cancelled the other company, they came, rushed through everything and left in 1.5 hours. Floors were not washed, Coulter tips were not sprayed down and wiped, I'm small dried out mean from my sons early breakfast was still there!!!!! All they did is vacuumed and neaten up a bit Folded a Few things they saw laying around like some clothes that I had on floor or bed and when I mean a few I mean like at most 10-15 items. I asked that my sons bed sheets be changed they did not change mine nor my sons. They took my sons few toys and put them nicely in same place where they were just were not nicely put they put his little cars in a row on the floor and any throws on couch were folded, honestly I have no idea what they actually cleaned, nothing was wiped or Scrubbed or washed, only vacuumed and not that well. Then they leave 1.5 hours and I ask them why the rush. They said they have to go. After all that they keep telling me they want me to pay. A company should not ask to pay for this type of cleaning, how embarrassing that they even asked me to pay what I think it's worth. I was working from home at the time of the visit and they did their best (within reason) to work quietly around my zoom calls. I also have a cat in the apartment, she was a little nervous about all the movement and cleaning, but they were respectful of her space as well. So if you have a pet at home and worry about visitors, this is definitely the right team to hire. I really appreciate the service. They show up on time and perform a thorough cleaning, including bathrooms, windows, the refrigerator, oven, and more. They sent two ladies, and it took them about 4 hours. I was particularly impressed the last time I used them. They showed up around 3 pm, while it was still light outside. By 5 PM, it was already dark, and no lights on in the apartment. Unfortunately, when my last tenants moved out, they cancelled the electricity service. I arrived around 7 PM and found two ladies cleaning the apartment with flashlights. I didn't know how "deep" the cleaning would be using the flashlights. But when I came back in the morning, everything was perfectly cleaned. I can only say great things about their services.
