I cannot recommend ELE Hudson Cleaning Service and Daniella enough. Her team is extremely professional and efficient. They arrive on time with all the cleaning materials they will need, Daniella texts with you a few days then hours before to confirm everything, and everything is set logistically before the cleaning appointment. Then once they arrive, they get going. I headed out from my apt and I believe it took them about 2 hours to finish the whole job. Daniella texted some pictures when they left and wow! I was so happy to see them and my roommates were very satisfied too-- everything was just so clean. Daniella and her team (2 others) cleaned my apartment that I share with my roommates extremely well. They thoroughly clean each room and all the shared spaces. They cleaned our 3 rooms, the bathroom, our kitchen, dining room, and living room beyond my standards. We just got a pet dog, so we need help especially making sure our apartment stays clean and Daniella and her team do the job! I will not be going to anyone else for the job- they get in every spot and make sure it's extremely clean. Especially grateful for how well they cleaned our kitchen, with some tough spots on our stove. She's reliable and effective - there's nothing else I could ask for. I hired them for a deep cleaning. They were nice people but I was expecting a more thorough job. When I found a few areas for them to redo, they happily did it. But once I started looking at other details after they left, I felt like it could've been better. Some things were just not wiped well enough to remove dirt. Also, one of the cleaners didn't wear socks so his footprints are stuck everywhere. They didn't wipe all of the baseboard trim. Even one of the bathroom mirrors had visible streaks. Overall, not bad, but if I'm looking for a deep clean, I plan to look elsewhere in the future. read more

She showed up on time with her team and they needed very little instruction to get started. There was a lot of dust and grime from the remodeling and they did an outstanding job cleaning all the areas I specified to them as needing extra attention. They even dusted off furniture and tidied up my room as a nice finishing touch! Daniela was absolutely fabulous! We moved into our apartment after it had been vacant for 2 years. The landlord replaced the appliances without cleaning under and around them, and I needed someone who could help us by pulling out the stove and fridge and deep cleaning all the dirt from the previous tenant underneath. I could not believe how dirty it was under there, but Daniela and her associate were able to get it sparkling clean quicker than I could imagine. I had a very concerning interaction with this service and it's owner Daniela. They broke an item in my home and didn't tell me. When I reached out about it, they stopped responding to my messages. Then when I finally got in touch and asked about the ignored message, she made up some clearly false excuse and then quit because of a "crack" in the relationship. the first call was good. the service called me. reasonably priced for the services. I couldn't do the service right away. I called back a few days later and left messages over 3 days. 1x, no response, 2x, no response, 3x no response. follow up was non existent. not a great way my to earn new customers. In response to your response... I never said I "do not want to take your service". True, the date we discussed passed but I called back after that date inquiring about getting the service. I left 3 voicemails on 3 different days. a courtesy of a response would have been the professional route. My 2 star review stands because it's a review of my total experience which could have been better. In fact, I originally had a 1 star but decided that was unfair because your initial call was prompt and helpful.
