He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. I took my car to RT Clapp for an oil change and diagnostic checks. They sent me a list of things…read morethat needed to be service; brake flush; engine filter change; and transmission flush. I chose the break flush. when I came to pick up my car the manger told me that they could not get the key to go into the ignition switch. I told him that I never had that problem before. I could not start my car. I was very upset and the manger had the nerve to tell me that it was like that when I brought the car in, which was not true. If that was the case then how come it was not on the service list? He told me that he could try to fix it but that I would have to pay for the parts. Three days later still not fixed. I had to have my car tow to the dealership. On of top that I had black stuff on my tan carpet where the mechanic was trying to fix the ignition switch. Plus, there was a fresh large scratch on the passenger side of my car and he tells me that it was already there before I brought the car in, which was not true. This is the worst experience that I have ever had with a car shop. You drive your car in and have tow it out.
