Consider they are pretty busy all the time. I was able to get a same date appointment with my doctor. I scheduled online which was easier than before (I had to call before they had the upgrades). The staff, nurses and doctors are always nice and caring. They listen to your concerns and perform/order necessary tests. Prescriptions will go to your pharmacy electronically. I would recommend the primary care and walk-in here.

Archer in the Closter NJ office on 5/10/24. I have been at this office for 3 times in recent years. Each time, the co-pay is collected at the time you check in. I called the Teaneck billing office to explained to them the co-pay was paid, but I no longer has the receipt because it's almost 2 years ago. There wasn't anything the woman at the Teaneck office can do for me. I sent the statement (without a payment) back along with a written letter explaining my situation. That didn't resolve my issue because I had received another bill this month. I called the number 201-744-2894 on the bill and explained my situation. The gentleman I spoke with said that I must show prove that I had paid. He is not allowed to make any adjustments. He said if I don't pay, it will go to a collection agency. Bottom line is, they don't care to resolve your billing issue. They just want their money. Lastly, I was informed by them, they can bill you up to 7 years after service was done. So hold on to your receipts up to 7 years.

These people just dont care about the patients well being…read more I had contacted them the morning of Christmas eve to get a prescription for a recurrence of severe sciatica pain. They indicated they had approved the medication and mychart showed it as approved but pending. It is now the day after Christmas, it is still in pending status and they are closed today and are not in the office until Monday, another few days from now. They know the process with controlled medications and they know how much pain I am in. All they had to do was spend a few minutes to actually do a competent job and make sure the process was completed before leaving to enjoy the holidays. Instead , I have had to spend Christmas in severe pain.

They either put you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time or put you to voicemail. I've let multiple messages before and no one returns my calls. CVS even told me they don't like dealing with their office because they don't call them back. Doctor Schwartz is very rude and arrogant, and speaks to you as if you're dumb. Can't get same day appointments, half the time the doctors aren't there either. I'm a long time client, started out in their pediatrics side but I never once had a problem with them. Will be finding a new primary physchian. Do not recommend to anyone.
