Wake up and realize that the third party United Technologies does nothing for the business other than loose them business. LL Flooring corporate has been notified of the problem, and has chosen to DO NOTHING! Realize the time you could waste just to find out the Company LL Flooring has made a mistake and is too lazy to do anything about it. The owner came out and took measurements, told us where to go to pick out flooring and within a couple of days, they sent an estimate that we accepted. They scheduled the job for about 10 days out. We were having vinyl plank laid in the master bedroom and bath. A crew showed up a bit before 8 am and were out of here by 2ish. They were polite, professional, and skilled . Excellent job and we love the floor. They cleaned up after the job, took the old carpet and toilet with them. We would highly recommend. Excellent service, work, and professionalism.
