For ferrets, guinea pig, and rabbit. I personally have a rabbit. Mine is a flemish. So most of the rabbit stuff there would not last long enough. But the do have some different chew toys and treats. I did look around at the dog stuff. You will probably find s lot of brands you can't find at the big chain pet stores. They do also have a dog groomer on site.

We did a little bit of calling and research and chose Cottonwood Kennels because their customer service was just wonderful! The owners and staff were so accomodating, reassuring, and helpful. We needed to leave well before pick up time and they went above and beyond to work with our schedule. Our pup even got a bath before pickup!! The kennels were temp controlled and the yards were clean and maintained. "Max" seemed to be a happy camper both while being dropped off and picked up. However, the administrative side of the business needs attention. I had scheduled an appointment via FB Messenger on July 21st for an appointment on August 15th (I took time off work for this appointment). When I arrived for my appointment it had not been written down and my only option was to take another day off work and run back over from West Valley to North Selah. When I arrived the next day for my appointment and showed them the message string for my first appointment, it was acknowlegded that it was her message with me, but no appology nor offer to discount my first grooming experience with them for all the inconvenience. My second issue is that it was never communicated that they did not take cards - only cash or checks. I do not wish to discourage you from using their service, just be aware that you, the client, are going to have to take all the responsibility for communication and making sure your appointment is written down in their appointment book. I have chosen to find myself another groomer much closer to home.

It is located in the windmill shaped building down on Main St. It is very small and informal, so I was a bit hesitant. It was my first time leaving Milo anywhere. But the woman was kind and helpful and did a really great job. Milo was very happy and so was I. The price was around 30$ for the shaving (which took about an hour), and she offered bathes and things like this also. I would go there again.

They got me in the same day I called. The Groomery had a three week wait. The salon was kind of…read morecute and the two girls there were really nice and loving to my dog Charlie. I told them he was too hot with all his fur but was very concerned about what he would look like if he were completely shaved. I was assured that I didn't have to worry, that they would make him look cute. When I picked him up I was in shock. He looked horrible. Entirely shaved down to nothing except most of his head. Having given not much for direction, I won't even hold that against them as the idea of cute is subjective. The concept of a good job is not however. The lines were so choppy as if no effort to blend was taken at all. They shaved half way up his face and then just stopped. Picture submitted. The line on the back of his head isn't even kind of straight or blended. Though I appreciate the ability to get us in right away, I now know why they weren't busy. Thank you for being friendly and warm but I regret to say that we won't be back. Two stars are merely for the convenience of the appt and the friendliness of the staff, and not a one for the job that was done on my dog.
