The seasoning in the chicken was so flavorful and the skin on the chicken was cooked perfectly crispy. The beurre blanc elevated all of the other components of the dish and it left me wanting more. Absolutely delicious. Aside from the delicious food and wonderful service the ambience also contributed to our experience--multiple TVs with sporting events playing and live music on a small stage.
