This brand new restaurant is located right on the main drag in Toller. We happen to be driving by and quickly made a U-turn to come back and give it a try. Very glad that we did. Great breakfast menu but also had burgers and sandwiches and salads. After chatting with our Waitrose, we found out this was the folks who used to own Caris in Granbury. IYKYK! So excited to have a new option town. Also scored a cute coffee mug for $5 from their gift section that is wayyyy nicer than a $5 mug. We passed on the fried pies but it was a tough decision!

New adverts on all the tables!

Always a great place to grab breakfast and a couple of turnovers to go, on the way out!! Peter served us today and as always, everything was prepared well and tasted great!

It's right next door to where the address on the Yelp Page will take you, but it is formerly the "Bakeshop." The staff mentioned to us the former building/house was being renovated to become an AirBnB or something. We were looking forward to patio seating given we had our pup with us, but the restaurant didn't have any, so we opted for drive-thru. The restaurant itself has a small parking lot. The woman who took our order was very kind and informative, as mentioned previously. I ordered an "Iced Latte with White Chocolate" and ordered the "Breakfast Burrito," which contained sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese. The latte was good, creamy and sweet with the WC flavoring. The burrito was also good, not amazing, but good! I should have ordered 2 of them, it wasn't too big, so keep that in mind. The cheese was melted inside and the sausage was super flavorful. There was a section of my burrito in which the sausage was actually cold, which took me by surprise, but other than that it was good. Pricing was decent for what we ordered. We would come back if we were driving through again!!

Such a beautiful environment with a bookshelf wall complete with rolling ladder! And if that wasn't enough, the food is great! Fresh squeezed lemonade! Not too sweet, not too tart. The corned beef was better than I can get in Dallas. The Apple broccoli slaw so good! AND THEY HAVE HOMEMADE BUTTERMILK PIE!!!! It may the best I've ever tasted. My wife loves switching it up with the Healthy Heart Choice and their incredible blueberry pancakes--light, fluffy, and loaded with fresh berries. I looked on Yelp, and it had great reviews, so we were definitely interested in going. Upon arrival, we got a great parking spot and headed into an uncrowded restaurant. We were met immediately and taken to a table against the far wall. Menus delivered quickly, and finding out we had never been to this location, our waitress gave us plenty of time to review the options. Asked about what she would recommend, she said it was all good. We ordered an appetizer called Wagon Wheel. It's a fried cheese wheel of cheddar, gouda, and parmesan. It's sprinkled with bacon, green onions, and has a dollop of jalapeno cream cheese in the middle. It sort of looks like a thin pizza. We all loved it! The restaurant is kind of a gourmet burger place and everyone besides me ordered that. I saw that they offered a country fried wagu steak, and I ordered that. It came with garlic cream potatoes, honey-bourbon baked beans, and a cornbread pancake. The food came out quickly and was just as everyone ordered. The others in the party enjoyed their food, and I really, really, really liked mine (I would order again). The only complaints were about the seasoning. It seemed like the chef forget it on all of our meals. The only other complaint had to do with the extreme heat in the guy's restroom. Will I return? I will if we are back in Stephenville visiting and anyone suggests going out to eat:)
