Amp Champ Electric sent me a message and I called them. John was very responsive and came same day! In fact from what I described to him over the phone (under kitchen sink electric plug doesn't work after it got wet) he already diagnosed the problem. When he came out, he was correct! The GFCI was shut off and all he had to do was go to the control panel and reset everything. He showed us the the kitchen reset have now moved over to the solar control panels versus the old house control panels. It was a quick visit but he got the job done! Thank you! PS: I have done various research and his price is fair. Lady B Electric wanted to do an emergency visit and that was just $200 to come out. Michael Leasure also reached out and spoke with their office manager who would pass my info to Mike. I never heard back from them. APG Electric was going out of town and couldn't book me til 2 weeks later. Seems like electricians in the area are all booked and busy or flaky and dont respond. When you tell the associate what you're looking for and emphasize bright bright, bright lights lots and lots of light each time you meet up that should tell them what is needed. Also understanding lumens to watts is a necessary component in new lighting which I honestly did not understand. Telling the associate you need the equivalent of 360+ watts. I felt they would be able to calculate that for me. Stock canned lighting was excellent. Outdoor lighting worked out very well. Bathroom lighting did not work well. Lumens to watts is difficult to understand. We missed the mark entirely. Remember to ask about returns and restocking fees before you purchase. That can mount up, also surcharges and freight charges, if you need to return items. We get used to returns at big box stores, who will take just about anything back. Remember, which I did not, that small businesses have to do business differently. They don't write off losses like big box stores. However, the young man who helped me did everything he could to help me-above and beyond. I would return to this business if I knew exactly what I wanted, had seen it installed, and understood the amount of light rendered. The owner also reached out to offer additional help. This is a business that cares about your experience and how they can improve their customer service. Energy Plus Lighting was kind enough to reimburse me for a portion of what I lost from restocking fees and some freight charges. I like supporting local businesses- why? It's necessary to help our county's economy stay strong. I'm now more aware of caveats that are part of small business issues. Ask questions which I did not.

After waiting eight months for the shades and numerous excuses from the owners we cancelled the order. The owner instead of being apologetic about taking so long to get the shades instead tells us we are not allowed to cancel and if we attempt to cancel the order he will take us to court. My recommendation is to stay away from this business at all costs.

I like the little backhoe that is $250 a day... nice if you need to dig a nice trench real fast. 8. Friendly and helpful staff. I noticed a boat load of those floor fans for drying your floor after a flood. I guess they know what people need and have it ready. Bonus! I lost the cotter key to my hitch, so they gave me a nice new one for free! Brandon has a big flatbed pulled by a n 8 wheel tractor - so if you have a huge tractor, he will haul it for you.

This can go on for 5-6 times before they actually will talk to you live on the phone. Sometimes they just hang up and you start the process all over. It's probably best to just go to the store but i want to make sure before I drive 40 minutes that they have the part. I suspect they are understaffed? I've waited for 20-30 minutes on many occasions ...
