Years ago she found a freckle in my husband's eye and told him he should have that checked by an ophthalmologist. When he went to the ophthalmologist and told him what Dr. Sicoia found, he couldn't find it during his exam and really had to search to find it. Service was often unprofessional, turnaround times were excessive (over six weeks for lens replacement), and recent interactions became unnecessarily argumentative after payment was accepted. Due to repeated issues and lack of improvement, we will not be returning.
