My favorite thing is how friendly most of the people are, my only concern is a couple of the people who work the front desk definitely need to be on the happier side because a few times they have been super grumpy and it is only 9:30 or 10:00 in the morning. Not a good way to start your day or my day in my opinion. The doctors here are super friendly and the checkups are insanely quick and then get you your prescription faster than any other eye doctor that I have gone to in the past. One thing that I do not like is they are very pushy about me trying new contacts, I know that they are trying to get more of a commission off of the brands they are pushing but I had one of the female doctors basically get upset saying that my contacts are horrible compared to the ones that she was trying to get me in when I kept telling her I do not care for One A Day Contacts I prefer my monthly. They have some very up-to-date machines and I love the retina scanning machine that they have to show you the back of your eye. It is super detailed and yes it does cost a little bit extra to do but I definitely think it is worth it to make sure that your eyes are in the best shape they can be! Right They also have an entire Optical section where you can buy your lenses and frames in store however I usually don't look over there because the prices for their frames are on the rather High side. Love this eye doctor and I will continue to stay a patient here until I move or they stop taking my insurance!

Years ago she found a freckle in my husband's eye and told him he should have that checked by an ophthalmologist. When he went to the ophthalmologist and told him what Dr. Sicoia found, he couldn't find it during his exam and really had to search to find it. After hearing that, we were very impressed that she discovered it. I would highly recommend Dr. Sicoia if you are looking for an eye doctor.

I had been going to many ophthalmologists during my life, and none of them had diagnosed me with high tension, which leads to glaucoma. She referred me to an ophthalmologist that specializes in that field, and he has taken care of me since then. I go to see her every 1-1/2 - 2 years for my glasses, and she's always given me the right prescription. I have never had any problems with any of the office staff; they have always been very pleasant with me. I highly recommend Dr. Fallazadeh and her staff.

I spoke to Melanie, Optometric Assistant, who helped me schedule the appointment and found the time that worked best. The exam itself was as thorough as I've ever experienced. Specifically because the prescription was obtained for function AND comfort. As anyone who wears glasses knows, having one and not the other doesn't help. Met with the store rep Juan who was very professional and explained that the optometrist is at another location today but works in-store Mon, Thurs and Sat. My vision insurance covers most optometrist consults and exams in addition to a big portion of the frames and lenses. Juan showed me several sunglasses including Oakley for $250.00 before insurance. Ray-Ban would be a close second to Oakley. The store is very classy with dark wood finishes and glass. A few low tables for sitting with the rep for comfortable discussions and glasses fittings.

When I think about the vision I had before he worked with me compared to now, I am supremely thankful! His office staff is top notch! He does talk a lot, but he is invested in his patients. If you'd prefer that he be quieter, just let him know. We have had some great conversations and he has gotten me out of quite a few jams when I've had issues with my contacts. He strives for perfection in every consultation. I personally don't ever want to work with another doctor. He is the best and I am very grateful.
