My favorite thing is how friendly most of the people are, my only concern is a couple of the people who work the front desk definitely need to be on the happier side because a few times they have been super grumpy and it is only 9:30 or 10:00 in the morning. The doctors here are super friendly and the checkups are insanely quick and then get you your prescription faster than any other eye doctor that I have gone to in the past. One thing that I do not like is they are very pushy about me trying new contacts, I know that they are trying to get more of a commission off of the brands they are pushing but I had one of the female doctors basically get upset saying that my contacts are horrible compared to the ones that she was trying to get me in when I kept telling her I do not care for One A Day Contacts I prefer my monthly. They have some very up-to-date machines and I love the retina scanning machine that they have to show you the back of your eye. It is super detailed and yes it does cost a little bit extra to do but I definitely think it is worth it to make sure that your eyes are in the best shape they can be! Right They also have an entire Optical section where you can buy your lenses and frames in store however I usually don't look over there because the prices for their frames are on the rather High side. Love this eye doctor and I will continue to stay a patient here until I move or they stop taking my insurance!

I spoke to Melanie, Optometric Assistant, who helped me schedule the appointment and found the time that worked best. The exam itself was as thorough as I've ever experienced.
