They were able to get me in that same day and was very thorough. Dr. Sakr and Shelby were very attentive and made me fell comfortable and at ease. They were very patient with me and took their time to make sure that the procedure was great. They also made sure that I was numb so I didn't feel anything and we're always asking how I was doing during the procedure. I was in so much pain and could not go to sleep at night for a couple of days but the same night after seeing Hearthstone, I had the best sleep in days! I wish they were a regular dentist as well so I can always go to them! :)

I was amazed that Dr.Sakr was able to take me in today rather having to wait or set up an appt elsewhere. Collin the male receptionist& Manager for the doctor was very courteous and knowledgeable to get me in today. Dr. Sakr female assistant was also great as well. And the price for services was affordable. They accept all major insurances but willing to work with Delta insurance. The place is marbleous(marvelous)from the front to the back with state of the art technology that you probably have nevered endured. I enjoy this endodontist so much, I ask for brochures or business cards and he gave me a referral packet to give to my dentist. I left from his office and headed to my dentist and gave him the referral packet and cards they are really not far apart from one another. My dentist was also amazed at how fast I was able to get my root canal done and I told him thanks to google I was able to find a endo in no time this morning. Both my dentist and my new endodontist dr.Sakr cannot wait to meet each other. And perhaps build a professional bond in the dentistry together to help each other out with clientele. I highly recommend Dr.Sakr. and Benjamin Vough is my dentist at Life smile dental studio on bandera rd. Dr.Vough will have to just do the operation for my zirconia crown on my tooth but I have that set for October so that i can give my root canal time to heal and avoid any further pain issues before he place the permanent one. I do plan on extending his clientele as well by spreading the word and perhaps placing his business on other sites if he is not already added. I was referred to this office by my Dentist for a suspected j fracture in my tooth....when I called…read morethe office to confirm if they were in network the receptionist said she couldn't check because I was not a patient and that would be a HIPPA violation...when I showed up for my appointment, they let me know that I was not in network...(if only I knew). I ended up paying $200 out of pocket and I was quoted $1300 for a root canal to fix my tooth. I ended up finding a different endodontist within network and I had to get another scan done anyway (yay) turns out it was needed because Dr.Munoz at Vaughn endodontics completely misdiagnosed my very obviously cracked tooth. So not only did he make me think my tooth could be saved but he was not sure when this other doctor could see if from the scans I got done the second time! Don't come here, they will not check if you're in network and their scanners are outdated and don't catch fractures in the tooth. My 2nd opinion Dr literally crumbled up their $200 "note" and threw it in the trash because it was useless to him

I went back for a follow up and was told everything looked normal. I had pain for the next few weeks but thought it would subside. When my dentist went to remove the temporary filling to prep for the crown I about jumped out of the chair due to the amount of pain. The dentist was shocked by this since I had a root canal. I now have the permanent crown... and still have sensitivity to pressure and temperature.

It also seems he missed a broken tooth, because he recommended a get it filled also, but when the compound broke off and I went in to get it replaced, he said the tooth was actually broken in half and needed additional work. This was certainly my case as I approached a visit to Doctor Ryan Leonhart knowing I had to have two teeth removed. However, from the moment I stepped through the door, everyone, from the office staff to the technicians to Dr. Leonhart himself, did everything humanly possible to put me at ease. I was treated with patience, kindness, and understanding every step of my visit. The office staff was cordial and efficient, and they explained my procedure and the costs involved thoroughly. The nurses were calming and comforting and went out of their way to make me feel at ease. And Dr. Leonhart himself was a model of what a physician's bedside manner should be.
