Shaping was inconsistent and sometimes nails looked 'crooked'. Most importantly, my nails are destroyed from whatever product/technique they are using. They file off the gel with the dremel tool and I think that's the issue. I normally have very strong nails but now they just flake and break. I haven't had that experience before. Sadly, I am on the hunt for a new place.

When we left the salon, we also noticed that all of our nails have a decent amount of "blank" space - looking like the nail already grew out. The gel polish seems to last. The performance polish was not great. It started coming off the second day. The person at the front desk - tall, Caucasian was "cool" but didn't seem approachable. There was another person who I believe said she spoke Spanish - she was courteous and friendly. The prices here are higher than other salons which makes sense since the place appears polished and clean but for the work they do - not worth it. There's another nail place down a few stores down, so we may give that place a try.
