The man running the event passed out cards with envelopes and stamps and it was nice seeing people write and making connections. It was really cool to see how they support a lot of environment and sustainable development initiatives - the relationship they have with the community is a strong one. I was also surprised to learn they host a chess club/ gathering consistently on the weekends - something I'm looking forward to exploring!

The Blazer traditional wing is served dry with limited spice but full flavored and from a temperature standpoint hotter than the devil's pitchfork.
