Unfortunately, we were given a deadline and I needed a trusty contractor to work on the job immediately. From the very beginning when I called, Nick answered humbly, and was incredibly friendly with me regarding the job, we immediately agreed on a date to meet for him to come out and give me and my family an estimate on the job itself. The day we met, Nick was incredibly professional, not only did he give me a fair assessment of what work needed to be done, but he did it in an compassionate manner considering the circumstances at the time. Nick also answered all my questions and concerns no matter how many I would throw at him, and to be honest I probably asked too MANY questions, particularly about their license and insurance which is LEGITIMATE, trust me I checked! I will admit Modern Fencing was not the cheapest option out of the dozen or so quotes I received regarding the job, but he also wasn't the most expensive, and it was a good price for the work that was being done, also I couldn't see myself choosing anyone else to do the work after speaking with Nick, you could tell that he really cares about his customers and tries his best to give his utmost to every single individual he works with. We agreed on a fair price and also a day to start work, and just like I believed he would, him and his team were on site on the date we agreed upon. There was no problems, no complaints, no broken promises, just fair work at a fair price between two mutual parties. I've worked with hundreds of contractors in my life from construction all the way to painting, and Modern Fencing is one of the BEST at what they do, and I mean that wholeheartedly. Ultimately, Modern Fencing finished the job with perfect scores, the fence looks amazing, the process was flawless, and Nick's empathy towards me and my family during this incredibly stressful process was so needed.
