Michelle is an amazing lash artist! She really takes the time to do the job right! She always makes sure I'm very comfortable whether anything hurts or if I want a blanket to keep warm! I was sooooo relax coming here for a pedicure AMY did such a great job,gentle and took her time taking care of me. I dozed in and out falling asleep cause they also play spa music . That's my kind of spa service. Highly recommend. Took me a while to find a good spot in this area.

In love! Done my acrylic nails and pedicure. High quality for decent price! I will drive from downtown just to do it again! They offer water, drinks and snacks! Staff are professional and friendly. So clean! Total was only $76 which usually i pay min $100 for the same service :)

I returned to San Diego and tried a clean and relaxing manicure and pedicure salon, which was nice. The space is big, and they offer a lot of services like waxing and tattooing for eyelashes and lips. The staff working on my manicure and pedicure were friendly, but when I got home, my left big toe started hurting. I checked, but there's nothing inside, so now I'm a bit hesitant to go back, even though the technician was nice and checked if everything was okay, and I said it was and gave them good tips. We'll see if I return in the future, just a bit worried about my sore toe after a simple pedicure.

I came in for the first time today since I just moved here. Katie was the one who did my nails and she did them so perfectly. Usually other nail salons make my French tips wayyyy too chunky but Katie absolutely ate and delivered. I also got to spin a wheel at the end and I get 10% off my next new nail set! And pricing was not that bad at all. This whole set was $70. 85 in total because of tip! I usually spend about 100+ at other nail salons. I'm definitely coming back.

I've been coming to decor nails for several years now. You can't go wrong with any manicurist you get, however Vi started a few months ago and let me tell you about this girl.... She's always done the builder gel I get. My nails LAST!!!!!! I go about 5-6 weeks in between fills and have done about 4 fills with her. Never had so much as a nail chip. She's patient and does amazing work. Always listens to exactly what I want and never rushes the work. I will be loyal to Vi for sure! Try this nail salon out if you're in the area.

The owner responded. And what do you know. She said she was sorry for my bad experience. However, immediately after, she goes on to talk about my experience, reiterating everything I said in my review. But for clarification, I initially assked for the 42$ pedicure, I did downgrade to classic because the woman was doing it in a bad mood. She's not blind I'm sure she looked and saw it in the camera. As for my eyebrows, I didn't feel the wax hot. Obviously the woman must have known something was wrong after the first strip, because she asked me of the wax was hot. Best practice would have been to NOT continue and risk further injury. I didn't feel the burn until she applied the aloe. And for Lan to insinuate I splashed hot water on my face is stupid. Why would I apply hot water to a burned face. You sound dumb, Lan. Lan is the owner so the man must be her husband, he sure didn't act like an owner so maybe they're both just alike. All she needs to do is take some accountability, a little goes a long way. There was no need for the lengthy response. But, then again, all her responses are similar. She starts with applogizing then goes right into defense. I was just informing everyone of my own experience.

May did my nails today and she did an amazing job!! She was so thorough with cleaning/filing/shaping and offered me a beverage more than once. I appreciate how she didn't rush through the appt and kept checking on me throughout!! I changed my shape and length and May nailed that as well! This spa is a dream!! We were greeted promptly upon arrival and didn't have to wait at all. Calm atmosphere with pretty waterscapes as you enter. Peaceful, relaxing music at the perfect volume. A tv on with a cooking show that I thoroughly enjoyed watching and was inspired by. Everyone was so nice and friendly to both me and my daughter. I had the spa pedicure and the chair gave a great massage and I had no problems navigating the controller. Hannah was meticulous in her work and took her time from beginning to end to do an amazing job! The foot/leg massage was great and the extra amount for callous remover was well worth it! The hot towel after was glorious. My daughter got a full set with gel by Holly and was extremely happy with how her nails turned out and also said how nice Holly was and that she wanted to come back next time. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of services offered. Such a wonderful experience and I'm just disappointed we didn't find this salon sooner! So happy to have found such a gem of a salon so close to home. Thank you Decor Nails and Spa we will definitely be returning! read more

THEY HAVE ROACHES. Saw one today for the first time. I've been here a couple of times before this last visit and they do an amazing job with great customer service. Today, however, horrible customer service. Yesterday, I made an appointment with the girls for today at 6:30 (they close at 7). I walked in at 6:34. They seemed to be all leaving, no customers were there. The owner was mad at me for being 4 mins late because she had to wait for me. But get this, she was waiting for another customer who called before I arrived anyway. I thought that it was rude. I understand i was 4 mins late. But do not tell me you had to wait on me when you were waiting for another customer. And why do you close everything down 30-45 mins before you're actual closing time. Why not call me to ask where I am at? My name and number is in the appointment book. I don't ever want to go because of the way I was treated. Also, THEY HAVE ROACHES. read more

I have been coming to this place for over 5 years and i have never had one bad experience everrrrrrr all the nail techs are super nice i have seen this place grow so much i have recommended so many people to this place and Every time I go to do my nails i always run into someone i have recommended and they keep going for the same reason they are super clean, nice, respectful and they don't overcharge like all other places do recently i have had Mia do my nails for a little over a year and i would change her for anything shes amazing she free hand draws every crazy design i want and she so polite and always knows how to please a customer i have so much respect and love for this place i highly recommend everyone trying this place out read more

When in for a removal of gel and i brought my own cat eye polish. On lady said $15 n then she had to swap with another lady now the second lady say $28 for removal and cat eye polish ( not gel) Do not recommend this establishment unless you all ready know how much the prices are all across. read more

WOW, came here with my bestie and we left feeling AMAZING. This was a bit of a drive for us but it was worth it. Had a pedicure and a fill, had photos of designs I wanted to get on my toes and hands and she went over and beyond. My friend left with her nails and toes exactly how she wanted them. Please read full review for honest experience! I've been here a few times, always a walk-in and have been sat within minutes from entering! The first few visits were great! I felt welcomed, greeted when I entered. I come for a gel pedicure, they have beautiful colors and a variety too. I've been serviced by a few different people. I can't remember the gentlemen's name but he does an amazing job! He's always very friendly, greets you with a smile and will do a great job, he will talk to you and make sure you have everything you need. I get the #3 package. I've also been with Lyn and she's so friendly as well! She cares about her work and will make sure you are happy with it too. I've always been offered a drink, and just overall had an amazing experience. Unfortunately, upon my last visit the young lady named Tara I was left disappointed and honestly annoyed. I asked her to even the length on my nails and I received attitude instead. On my other visits I'm always asked if I like their work, or if I'm happy with how things look throughout my pedicure. After an unpleasant conversation she ended up filing it down a bit, still left uneven but honestly I just wanted to leave already so I told her it was ok. Then I didn't receive the hot towels at the end of my pedicure, she went straight to cleaning her station instead. When paying, I was asked if I was tipping cash or card.. after I didn't receive the full treatment I had already paid for in full. I'm still giving this place 5 stars because every other one of my visits was delightful and made me want to come back. I'm a mother and this is my me time to wind down and relax. On my next visit I hope I can return to feeling welcomed and can enjoy and relax while I receive a pedicure. To the Owner Lan , I think you're doing a great job, you have created a beautiful environment where one can come to relax and enjoy themselves. The compliments drinks/snacks are a great addition! Some of your massage chairs do not work, I have had this experience a couple of times now, maybe they shouldn't be used? Or have them fixed? I look forward to visiting here because of the chairs and it's such a disappointment when I'm sat in one that does not function :( I love the peaceful music and I appreciate that you walk around and make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. read more

I used to love this place. Now they have new owners and prices have increased a lot and I understand since everything is expensive now. Couple weeks ago I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I got the 3rd pedicure on their list ($42). It included a 10 minute foot massage. My pedicure was done in 25 mins and that is with the 10min massage. So basically the lady did my pedicure in 15 mins then a 10min massage. She was like in a rush the whole time. Before I would always get the 2nd pedicure on the list (around $30 something) and the pedicure would last 1 hour. Really disappointed. I don't think that pedicure was worth $42. And I don't appreciate you calling me a liar. You brought out your phone to show the cameras and you just went on taking out how the time was a lil off on the cameras. I sat down on the pedicure chair around 5:05pm and when she finished my pedicure it was 5:30pm. Then she took like 5 minutes to polish. Plus you never looked finished the video cus you get talking about you having to increase everything blah blah then I just told you to charge me cus I just wanted to leave. If you still have the video I would be more than happy to go back so we can look at you time again read more

Very disappointed with my experience. I showed a photo of exactly what I wanted, and my nails looked nothing like the picture. The nail tech also added subtle pink glitter on top without asking me, even though that wasn't part of the design I requested. She kept drilling my nails excessively during the appointment, which was concerning to me as a former nail tech because it felt unnecessary and left my nails thin and sensitive. To make things worse, my nails started falling off the very next day. I paid for a professional service and left unhappy with both the design and the quality. I would not recommend based on my experience and will not be coming back. The establishment is very nice though. read more

I must say that my 1st experience was not a very pleasant one. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. Hannah did my toes, which, all in all turned out okay. My nails were done by the older gentlemen and they turned out horrible. I wanted ombre nails and expressed this several times. They were misshapen and only had acrylic with glitter on them. I was so dis-satisfied that Hannah re-did them. Unfortunately the damage had already been done. A week later they started to come off of my nail. Sadly I would not recommend this place to anyone, which is unfortunate because Hannah is a really nice person. read more

2 stars instead of 1 star because the product Kim uses does not cause an allergic reation. Kim is extremely rude, never talks to you, talks in Vietnamese on the phone, eats, or wipes her nose with her hand and then holds your hand, painful OUCH! when removing a nail with no concern when you say it hurts & jerks your hand when you pull away Due to the allergy, I have now taken nails off.......Kim does a nice job that lasts forever, but the negatives out rule the positives! The salon should be investigated by the State for cleanliness and other State Board violations. read more

they shouldn't even get this one star. i went to kim for many many years. ever since she moved from lakeside to here she has been nothing but rude. I would come every two weeks for a fill and pedicure. I would show up 10 mins early and she would always be 45 mins late. the one time i showed up 5 mins late she took another person instead of honoring my time slot. I finally called it quits with her when she tried to charge me for a service i didnt recieve, from a previous appointment.. dont waste your time read more

Christy did my nails and she is the sweetest and nicest person that has done my nails. She was in no rush in finishing my nails and she made sure to them well.
