I used to love this place. Now they have new owners and prices have increased a lot and I understand since everything is expensive now. Couple weeks ago I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I got the 3rd pedicure on their list ($42). It included a 10 minute foot massage. My pedicure was done in 25 mins and that is with the 10min massage. So basically the lady did my pedicure in 15 mins then a 10min massage. She was like in a rush the whole time. Before I would always get the 2nd pedicure on the list (around $30 something) and the pedicure would last 1 hour. Really disappointed. I don't think that pedicure was worth $42. And I don't appreciate you calling me a liar. You brought out your phone to show the cameras and you just went on taking out how the time was a lil off on the cameras. I sat down on the pedicure chair around 5:05pm and when she finished my pedicure it was 5:30pm. Then she took like 5 minutes to polish. Plus you never looked finished the video cus you get talking about you having to increase everything blah blah then I just told you to charge me cus I just wanted to leave. If you still have the video I would be more than happy to go back so we can look at you time again read more

I was trying to find a salon that was closer to where I lived. There aren't many locations near Santee, and I always find myself traveling to Mission Valley or La Jolla in order to get my nails done. I really tried to become a loyal customer from this nail salon, but it was a huge failed after 4 attempts. The first time I stepped in they were all behaving odd and secretly talking and doing funny faces during my services because I had an appointment and they had me waiting for 25-30 mins because all the ladies were busy when I arrived. I told Mia that's the reason why I like to make appointments to guarantee my spot. She just told one of the ladies to turn on the water and sat me there for another 20mins. At first I didn't mind because it was so quiet and relaxing and I was looking forward towards my services. Btw Han gives the most amazing pedicures. The main reason why I won't go back to this place and waste my money any more because my nails don't even last 4 days looking fresh or pretty. After 3 days my gel starts to chipping off and I have broken nails left and right. Plus they filed my nails so uneven and thin every single time. I'm definitely going to miss Han, but rather look for another nail salon with quality. Also Mia does wonderful manicures with perfect shaping, but she only works when she wants too or with who she wants too. I called to request her and she told me she was going to be off that day. I am a massage therapist and have been on the search for someone who pays attention to the massage part of a pedicure and she nails it every time I get the Deluxe pedi with a 10min massage and she even uses hot stones at the end for a drool worthy experience. I called late on a holiday and they were able to accommodate my family and I. They really pampered you there. They start off with free drinks. Got a good massage included in my pedicure. Holly did my full sets and i love it! I get compliments whenever people see my nails. I came back the following day for my lashes with Holly and facial with May. I love how my lashes turned out. May escorted me to her room for the facial. She's good with explaining what my skin needed, she even included hot rocks and massaging my shoulder, arms and hands. Since now it's under a new management it's HORRIBLE they increased their prices, they rush painting your nails, massaged my arms for 20 seconds each. My mom saw my nails and she goes it looks like a 10 year old painted your nails. It's only been 3 days and my nails are already chipping and I got gel too. So don't even bother yourself going here. I told her if I had time to wait I wouldn't have made an appointment. I have been coming her awhile now, but it seems like the biggest issue is they make appointments and then take walk ins so they don't have anyone to help the people who had appointments.
