    Steak Chimichurri Sandwhich
    Ali L.

It's a small cafe but their food is really great! The fries and tater tots are well seasoned w rosemary and crispy along w a fry sauce. I got the steak chimichurri sandwich which was a little dry but pretty tasty overall. I also got the potato and leek soup, which didn't sound super appealing to me at first but was very creamy and flavorful, perfect for the cold weather. We came w a group of ten and they still got out our orders pretty quickly and were very friendly!

$8 for two "sides" of bacon

While visiting Park City we saw this place on Yelp and decided to try it based on the reviews. We should have noticed most of the great reviews are regarding the catering service which I'm sure is spectacular but the quick service cafe was disappointing. We ordered a pot pie which was good but the description for the small said it fed 6-8 and it barely fed two children and two adults. We decided to try them one more time due to the proximity of where we stayed and ordered two sides of bacon to go for $4/each on our last morning. We were shocked when we got home and opened our to go box and found only two slices of bacon. We tried calling the cafe several times to confirm we received our entire order but could never get through. If I had seen each SLICE of bacon was $4 I would not have ordered this. I would suggest the restaurant update the to go menu to reflect that a side of bacon is one strip of bacon. This would have avoided us feeling frustrated and surprised at what we ordered and paid. Everyone is very friendly and kind and helpful in the cafe but this whole experience was disappointing for us.

    Ink from wrapper

I'm a contractor, came here for lunch to go. Never been here before. Ordered the turkey burger, and tipped costing just over $20. With no drink. Cashier was very nice but didn't let me know it would take almost 30 minutes for my food. They informed me after I had been waiting 10-15 minutes. My lunch time waiting was almost up, maybe 4 minutes left to spare. The chef (some kid) come out and places food down on counter and walks away without saying a word. I assumed it' was mine but didn't just reach over their counter to grab - maybe someone else's food. It sat there for 5 minutes before the cashier handed it to me. No napkins no fry sauce. I was in such a hurry to get back to work I didn't notice it was self serve condiments. What the hell did I tip for? Got burger, turkey juice leaked through their wrapping paper, bottom of the box covered in turkey juice/black ink from their checkered wrapping paper. Burger was okay. Fries were better. Not happy I paid $20 for that experience.

Great little cafe with sandwiches, salads, soup and breakfast burritos. Weather permitting, it has a nice outdoor dining area.

At the same time, they do the "common" stuff really well like kids' food. Great experience through and through. Walking in, you immediately know it's a well-run establishment, there's people moving quickly everywhere and they even have a few to-go areas with coffee stations that seems to be busy. We went during the World Cup and they also had a projector playing one of the games for a cool vibe. They had an amazing menu of commonly found entrees, but with like an elevated twist. Everything from food to coffee was absolutely delicious. Unique flavor profiles and everything just worked. Really cool spot and I would say a must check out if you're in the area.

Our waiter was super knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. He helped me order a lavender coffee drink and it came out exactly how I wanted it. My partner tried their orange coffee seasonal drink and it was incredible. It was so unique, smooth, interesting and not too sweet. All of their seasonal drinks sounded fun. It was hard to order because I wanted everything on the menu. My chilaquiles were balanced, filling, and rich. My partners mermaid bowl was fun and the perfect temperature to not turn into soup by the time you were done eating it. They had a kids menu and high chairs. The apple juice that came with the kids meal must have been fresh squeezed. It was the best apple juice I had ever tried and it was a huge portion size. The fries were tasty. My only wish is that there was one of these in Maryland so I could be a regular.

The wife and I were both in the mood for sandwiches and I sneaked a peak at some Yelp reviews to see how this place was and what people liked. With that knowledge, I was ready to order when we got there. However, the owner threw a curve ball, the sandwich of the day was The Cuban and it sounded delicious. But I walked in there confident of my choice of The Italian Stallion. Dang it, I was now unsure what I wanted. The wife came to the rescue and said that we should order both and we could swap halves. BRILLIANT! We ordered the Italian Stallion (spicy, they add jalapeños) and the Cuban along with a small container of mac salad and one of potato salad. We found a table outside in the sun, as it was in the low sixties and was perfect outside. We did not have to wait long for our food to come out to us. Both sandwiches were served hot and they looked fantastic and smelled even better. As you can see from the picture I dove right into the Italian Stallion before I remembered to take a picture. The wife waited for me to take a picture of the Cuban before she dug in. The taste did not disappoint, we each agreed they were very good. I highly recommend the Italian Stallion if you like Italian subs. One of the best I have ever had. By the time we ate our first halves and ate the little containers of Mac/potato salads, we were both full, so we did not get to taste the other sandwich. That was OK, they became our picnic when exploring SLC the next day. They were great even day old and cold. Yum! The person I assume was the owner was a bit gruff but not really in a bad way. When a customer asked to repeat what was in the Cuban, he replied to her "we just had that conversation". I laughed out loud and truly believe he was joking with her, but he did not crack a smile. He did go through the ingredients again. My thought is he's from Philly or Jersey. Hope I don't insult him with those guesses. As we were leaving, he let us know that the next day's sandwich was tri-tip and I am sure they could rock that. The next day, as we headed to SLC with our picnic sandwiches, we drove past the cafe and they had a large grill or smoker with smoke billowing out. The smell of the cooking tri-tip made me wish we were going to be back in Park City by lunch, but sadly we were not. Go. Eat Well. Have Fun!
