We ordered our food to go and the packages that held our sandwiches had some sauce all over the bottom, which made a mess as we took everything out of the bag. The edges of beef on the French dip was dried out and hard (like jerky), like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. We ordered a second sandwich and asked them to leave the onions off, but they put the onions on it. Also ordered the double fudge brownie and it was super under cooked....almost still batter.
