The studio could use some music in the background because the 2hr session was dead silent. But if it helps the technicians focus better, that's fine. I also expected my results to come out fuller since they asked how full I wanted but the technician told me at the end that it'll look fuller when I go back in for refills. They make sure you love the lashes before you leave and I saw that there's a 3day policy on a sign stating something along the lines. that they'll fix any issues if you're not completely satisfied. I've also seen a lot of people's eyes being red after their sessions but mines werent irritated at all.
