She paid a lot of attention to making sure my brows looked the best they could. I have less dense eyebrow hairs but thicker brows surface area wise, so when I ask for a natural look and "cleaned up" it typically ends up thin, but she made sure that every step of the way I felt comfortable with the shape and thickness. She really really really messed my eyebrows up. She really really really made my face look bad. My technician moved away and I don't have a backup so I went to where my technician was working and boy I'll tell you this was not a great idea. The salon it was empty. When I spoke with the owner, I wasn't offered a refund--just castor oil and the reassurance that "they'll grow back." That's not acceptable when it comes to something as important and visible as your face. If you're thinking about getting your brows done here, study the technician's own eyebrows first. If they don't look clean, even, or professional--walk away. I won't be returning for brow services unless the original brow artist comes back. They also do a nice little temple massage at the end. I know I already mentioned that, but it truly is lovely. You don't always get seated immediately, but they will get with you quickly. It's not expensive at all and they even have a punch card for free sessions after you complete so many. I have about a hundred of these cards somewhere. They just float off into the aether.
