I am truly so grateful for the customer service I received here. I came in on a Saturday at 1pm needing a dress (that had just shipped) in to be steamed. The catch was I needed it by 10am the next day. I explained my situation and the man working was perplexed. He explained that it might be too late and then asked if he was my last choice. I said yes. He said he would have to charge me extra (it was still only $10) but that I could pick up the same day at 4pm. I showed up at 4 exactly and he had it ready. He was extremely pleasant and I felt like he truly wanted to help me, which he did. The fact that he went out of his way to do this was truly great. This place is AMAZING. I have been going here for years and truly feel valued every time I walk in and get greeted. I get my suits dry cleaned here for work and they always do a great job. They have always been there when I needed a quick order or need some stitching done. I can't stress enough how wonderful this place is from the great customer service to the special requests, everything. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars. In fact I'm going there in 20mins to drop a few suits off. It helps that they're open few hours after normal work times so I can get clothes in after work to be used during the weekends. I'd rather give no star, but I can't. The times I visited this establishment, the employees were very rude and unaccommodating. I had a sweater that I had to return three times to get clean. They didn't offer a discount, refund or anything of that nature. I was actually shocked that they even apologized. My husband asked if he could get his item a day earlier then they quoted, and they said "NO." read more

Like the stars represent I have experienced better. I take my husband's button down shirts here weekly to be laundered and pressed because lord knows I'm not going to do it. There have been about 5 instances where I have had to make my husband change out of his fresh pressed shirt because they have left these odd tiny wrinkles on the front of the shirt. I have taken them back and they have refunded us our money. But too many times the shirts have come back wrinkled and with buttons broken. So it is time to part ways and find new dry cleaner. read more

I am actually surprised at all the negative reviews. We have been coming here for two years and have never had any issues. If we request an item to be done earlier they are always accommodating. They are open early and close late during the week. read more

Great customer service & great job. They cleaned a red & white pirate costume for me that was stained with red wine. I wore this dress 3 years ago when the incident occurred & could never get the stain out. I thought it was a lost cause but wanted to try to get it cleaned anyway. The dress looks brand new. I went to the same cleaners for years until they changed management. Still hung in until I just got tired of the way they treated customers so tried Deep Cleaners. Am I ever glad, they are closer to home plus do a phenomenal job. They are honest about what can or can't be cleaned and recently saved a lot of my clothes. I had packed them with moth crystals and could not remove the odor. Took them in and the gentleman said they would try but could not guarantee it. Picked up the clothes this week and they were fine. I've only been here once and it was only out of desperation because I didn't have time to go to my usual cleaner (Park Avenue on Stanley). The service leaves a lot to be desired, although I suppose I should be thankful that they didn't mess up any of my clothes. read more

My worst dry cleaning experience ever! I'd rather give negative stars!! Several items of clothes came back with irremovable stains and crushed buttons. The staff didn't understand or *retain* any information. The manager took no responsibility for the stains and offered no apology or refund. He didn't even return my calls once i demanded compensation for one shirt which was completely ruined! Beware - this guy also owns 3 other stores! read more

Dropped off 2 shirts to be cleaned, one with ball point pen on the sleeve. I pointed it out, the clerk said they would be able to get it out. She told me that it was pre-pay and then didn't mark my receipt paid. My husband picked them up days later, and they tried to charge him again. And... you guessed it, the sleeve was still stained when he brought them home. I will never go here again. read more

HORRIBLE! I wish I read the reviews before I went there. My husband suit was to be ready by Saturday but the woman told me it would be ready by Friday. I went to picked it up the next Monday and the suit was not even in the store!!! They took it to their other location on Portola to be steamed because their machine was broken.... but then later she said it wasn't turned on yet. I tried to explain why I was uncomfortable that my suit was 1) not ready when it was supposed to be and 2) that it was not there when I wanted to pick it up!!! She shouted at me "you don't understand" over and over and over...... They would not give me the 50% discount I asked for. After 35 minutes of waiting, my suit was finally delivered. I don't use a dry cleaning very much, but when I do, I expect the clothes to look good. Twice, I have had a dress shirt redone on two different occasions. And the dress shirts come back looking dingy white with hairs and lint on them. Not impressed and moving on. read more

We have been going to Deep Cleaners on Catalina Dr. since they opened. They do a great job at getting spots and other marks out and also do outstanding alterations. They are very customer oriented and I have found if they cannot get a spot out, nobody can! I HIGHLY recommend them! read more
