I seriously thought this was a dentist place for the longest time haha (deep root... root canals) Anyways, my boyfriend was having a horrible time trying to order deliver from the usual places he orders from all weekend. I don't know what's going on with all these businesses. I haven't ordered in a while so I've been out of the loop. Anyways I found that Deep Roots had some the stuff and I went. They have a drive thru! And I used it! Haha There was a huge screen with sales and stuff on the right side and I really wished there was a screen with my actual order bcs the guy got it wrong. And of course I didn't realize it until I got home and couldn't do anything about it. I was so bummed bcs I did receive a 40% off discount for being a first time customer but then I got the wrong items. So much mixed feelings. It was also hard to hear the guy through the thick glass and the microphone system seems a bit wonky. I think next time I'll have them show me the item to confirm it's correct. Or they should have a 5 minute policy or something where ppl can return wrong or defected items. They take cash and debit card but I was told that they upcharge on the debit card. So cash is best. I had a really disappointing experience at this deep roots on Cheyenne dispensary. I purchased a vape pen that turned out to be faulty. it didn't work properly right out of the package.it was obviously damaged you can tell by the pictures .When I went back to ask for help or a replacement, the staff member VINCE was unhelpful and unwilling to do anything about it and had an attitude from the start There was no effort to troubleshoot, exchange the product, or even offer a solution.he didn't even take a look at my vape that is still full. What made the situation worse is that I am currently disabled and unable to walk, and there was no attempt to accommodate my situation. He told me I had to walk inside for help I was in the drive through he told me they can't do anything. I expected at least some level of understanding or assistance, but instead I felt dismissed and unsupported and a burden Customer service should include standing behind the products you sell and treating people with basic respect, especially those with disabilities. This is my favorite Deep Roots by far, because of the staff, cleanliness, and quick lines INSIDE. I cannot say the same for the drive-thru! DO NOT USE THE DRIVE-THRU! It is incredibly inefficient. It needs to be made a Pick-Up Only situation. I have been stuck in the line, for more than 15 minutes ( one car a head of me the entire time), at least twice. They have ruined more than one of my orders. My last order they canceled because they were advertising products that were not available. The manager I spoke to actually had the balls to tell me that they did have stock in the back but they weren't going to get to restocking today so they canceled my order. Since these items were on sale I asked if they would honor the same price when they restocked in the next few days. I was told that was not an option. Useless. Expendive. Terrible customer service. The phone just rings and rings. Today when I called (6:00-7:30 pm) the call would go straight to voicemail. After multiple calls I finally spoke to someone only to be transferred and then disconnected. This happened multiple times, so on my last try after waiting for the line to open up, the security officer answered the phone and refused to give me his name, gave me attitude on the phone, and put me on hold again. I asked to speak to someone with customer service skills and got transferred to John. Who only told me that my question can't be answered because the delivery window closed at 7pm. Bought a couple of disposables last month and found out I couldn't get all of the THC regardless of how hard I pulled. I took two back to get a replacement or refund, but the manager said no, he'd give me 35% off my order, but he wasn't gonna replace them because they were over a month old. I bought them in September, it's now early, October, sounds like 30 days to me unless you're gonna try and screw me. Deep roots is awesome! The staff are friendly, the store is clean and well organized, and they always have what I need. Always bring cash and they will be able to help you find what you need. I just got home from visiting Deep Roots at West Cheyenne. Here are my thoughts: I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. I decided to go there, despite the rating, because my wife wanted a specific product...which they carry and had in stock. It used to be a Rite Aid, which is very funny to me, but the inside looked nice. The security guard was cool as hell, he was courteous, and quickly scanned my drivers license. Inside, I was greeted and helped so quickly, I didn't get a chance to be the first to initiate a greeting. Anyway, I did online order and pickup. I got the notification that my order was ready for pickup within 5 minutes of placing the order. I've never had such a quick transaction with a dispensary. I doubt it's always so fast, but it definitely was not slow...and I'm sure they work as quickly as they can *when* they can. I would go to this location again. The interior had a nice vibe. And I would recommend it to others. The prices were competitive with other dispensaries and they had several sales going on. In fact, if you donated canned goods you could get certain items for a penny. To me, that's a business that cares about its community. Give Deep Roots a try and let them earn your loyalty. They have mine. Plus they're open 24 hours? Good to know. And you know that the parking lot of a former Rite Aid is gonna have adequate lighting at night 5 stars from me. read more

I've tried calling multiple times for a simple question. They're open 24 hours, yet when I call, it rings and then is sent to voicemail. So they're either forwarding the call, or blatantly ignoring the call. As long as your business' hours of operation are going to be 24 hours, that includes picking up the phone for customers. It's bad enough your guy's point system is trash and your house weed has to be on sale to get customers to buy it, the least you could do is answer the phone to possibly make another sale. Compared to other dispensaries out here and your lack of customer service, I wonder how long your Cheyenne location will last. Do better Update: they're still advertising for products they don't have. They've been out of 3pk pre-rolls for two days saying it was only valid through the 18th. Nothing on the 19th about it and today they're back to that sale til the end of the month, but do they have any 3pk pre-rolls?! Of course not. So if you spend more than $100, you get to spin the wheel and win free goodies...parking lot with plenty spaces, walk in and check in process is quick, they scan your ID and check you in before you enter inside and they already know who you are before you are at courted which is nice because they know all that you buy and favorites!
