My MIL ordered me flowers for Mother's Day. They were delivered on Friday afternoon. They were pretty but they had a ton of styrofoam all in it. The stems were r short. My only complaint is by Saturday night they were already wilted pretty bad with the stems vent where the flower was. I had flowers I got from a week ago from a store that still looked fresh and new so I'm not sure why they wilted and died so fast. UPDATE After making my review someone immediately reached o to me. They told me they would be getting a fresh truck on Tuesday and they could send me some fresh flowers. They just arrived. They rang the doorbell and left them on my porch. And Amber (I believe that was her name) made every effort to have them delivered. She contacted me twice (I had given her the wrong phone number for the receiver and she couldn't get into the gated community) but she worked with me to get them to where they needed to be. I ordered flowers online from Dee's Flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day. 5 minutes after completing my order, I received a phone call from an employee that explained that my order was not priced properly under Valentine's Day prices. I failed to see how this was an issue with me, and that it should be addressed with the website that hey used. After expressing my displeasure with the false advertising, the phone was handed to the owner who told me that even though the price online was listed, they are a small business and that if an exception was made for me, it would have to be made for everyone, and to essentially take it or leave it and that she wasn't gonna be lectured about business, when I simply stated that it was false advertising, and that's illegal and unfair. It is not the customers fault that you and your web designer are not on the same page. read more

I recently got flowers from my boyfriend from Dees Flowers. I do not at all agree with the review below. Of course it is 2-3 years later. The flower were beautiful, all healthy and wrapped with obvious care. And the package for the water that's included is extremely helpful and reliable. Dee's Flowers will not be getting our business again. We ordered flowers over the phone after finding which ones we liked from their website. The arrangement was FTD brand so we knew we'd get exactly what we saw in the picture. The flowers were delivered on time, but we later found out from the recipients they were left by the garage instead of on the porch at the front door. Then we saw a picture of the bouquet which looked very different than what's online, called the shop, and were told they had to substitute generic flowers for ones they were out of and add a distracting bow. They told us they talked to someone about the replacement and got the okay, but neither we nor the recipients were called. The experience left us feeling deceived. The level of Disrespect was unreal. I been on the phone for over 3 hrs trying to resolve this flower issue. I order flowers for my mothers birthday, mind you I live in Georgia and she is in North Carolina, her flowers did not show up at the time they discussed and the employees were Very rude. All I want is to make my mother smile on her birthdayy and they upset her. I have never ordered here before and I will Never order again. No matter how a person feels, customer service is a Must. I could not be happier with my experience with Dee's. The service and willingness to work with me was extraordinary. I was blessed.

I used Dee's Flowers twice and was disappointed each time. Once I went to their store to order a get-well plant and the choices was very limited and expensive. My son ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day 14 May 2017. They were finally delivered two days late (Tuesday, 16 May 2017 with no explanation) and left on my doorstep. We contacted the store to refuse the late delivery and request a refund of the charges to my son's credit card and the store personnel were unwilling to get the charges reversed. Dee's Flowers will not be getting our business again. The experience left us feeling deceived. I would not recommend Dee's Flowers. read more

I have received flowers from Dee's about 5 times and am always disappointed. I have told my husband over and over not to waste his money. The arrangements are always "grandma-ish". I hate to think they are taking advantage of deployed service members attempting to send flowers but there is no way any florist would put together such ugly flowers. For $70, 13 maroon and white roses with a ton of greenery and some nasty fake snow in the vase is such a waste!! read more
