I went here the other day because I have a event and I will tell you the barbers had no respect and the guy who was cutting my hair was vaping while cutting my hair and he would blow the smoke into my hair causing me to smell like a vape pen instead of giving me the fresh hair cut smell the guy who was cutting my hair tried to to only cut the sides and when I pointed it out he wanted to charge me double so I ended up leaving looking like a mushroom I would never recommend this place ever in my life read more

I've been coming to Deez Cutz for about 7 years. The staff and the shop are amazing. The staff is attentive to what you want and will do their best to get walk ins a cut with someone. The shop itself is extremely welcoming and not intimidating like other barbershops. Duke is my barber and he's always left me looking great whether it be for a regular cut or for a special occasion (he's cut my hair for my community college graduation up to my masters graduation). These guys are the best! I have gotten the best fades here. They always great me as I am walking in and I usually never have to wait more than 10 minutes. They always get the job done right. I've been bringing my son here for about 6 months now and I love it here. There is plenty of parking which is a huge plus! The owner is always there and is very welcoming and friendly once you step in the door. Once inside, there is plenty of sitting area and the barbers keep their stations clean and tidy. Prices are decent. The barber we usually see is "X". He's not very friendly, but he is VERY good at his craft and honestly, that's why we keep going to him. But He wasn't there on our last visit, so I decided to give Mike a try...WOW! He gave me a nice consultation. He made some suggestions....he understood exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Needless to say, I was very happy. This place is great! I've never seen anyone walk out with a subpar haircut or unsatisfied before. All of the employees are masters of their craft. The only negative I have to say about this place is that they don't accept debit or credit cards; they have an ATM inside but there is a charge to use. The environment is pretty welcoming with movies or sporting events being played at all times and a pool table while you wait for your turn to get a haircut As someone who grew up either shaving my head or growing my hair out long it was a bit intimidating trying to learn the lingo of hairstyles but the barbers here helped me get a sense of style for myself. From what I've seen this barbershop also takes in youth under apprenticeships and that just adds to another reason why I love supporting this place. All in all this place is just terrific! read more

I would never recommend stepping foot into this place. I walked in recommended by a coworker of mine. I saw some guy getting his beard done. Looks like a good job with that barber but then another barber called me. I was like if this guy does well they are all held to certainly standard. I had a full beard and the barber that called me over his name is Michael. He asked me what I needed and I told him I just need of a fade and then just shape it with my jaw line. He said OK. I kept feeling like he kept shaking while he was holding the clips, and then I feel like he went to low. I kept getting luxe from all the barbers walking by like if they know he's fucking out so when he was holding the straight razor. He didn't know how to use it. I know how to use it more than him it was just for looks let's say I walked in with the beard and then walked out with a goatee. I think he just called to make some money he should've never worked there. Thankfully there was another barber that took care of me. I still paid him and I tipped him really well. But not Michael. The guy should never cut hair and he should get his license suspended. If there was zero stars, I would give him zero. Plus the manager came and tried to tell me it was a misunderstanding. They ,may do descent work, but, the comments about them being late, wasting time, and "Hooking up the Homies", is very true!! I went in with a friend, and we left after waiting for an hour. We would have stayed if it was just super busy, but we too witnessed the homie hand shaking when a homie would walk in 45 minutes after the last guy, and then that same shake as payment. Went early on a Monday and they had several barbers all with clients. Was greeted by, my guess, the owner. Waited like ten minutes and when the first guy was done I was taken in. The barbers here are incredible. They are meticulous! However, they all either don't know how to tell time, own a watch or clock or, simply just don't care about their customers because they are almost always late or gone early. They essentially come and go as they please. Today, they opened at 8am but the barbers didn't show up until 9am. So I waited just shy of two hours sitting on a chair before I received a haircut. Wish there was a better or equivalent alternative in the area. As a former Marine, business leader and owner, I don't understand how a business can be so disconnected and disrespectful to their customers. I like the fact that these barbers take their time in cutting your hair. I've been to other barbers before and those try to rush but they can't compare to this place. Everything and everyone is so organized and they keep the place clean. Parking is amazing, not once have I had to worry about parking. Every time I walk in there is always someone greeting me and everyone is so friendly. The place is very spacious and has three flat screens for you to watch while they are cutting your hair. $16 is a pretty good deal for a professional hair cut. Renting out barber chairs/stations doesn't mean you stop taking care of other customers. This is not your traditional barbershop. Each barber here rents out their barber chair. So that means there is lack of attention for clients. The owner needs to make sure he does quality control. The barber didn't have a spray bottle to wet my hair before cutting it with scissors. So hair was all over my face. The guy next to him wouldn't let him borrow his. Plus the barber I got was incoherent, was wearing sunglasses while cutting my heat, and looked to be on drugs.
