The good? The staff were friendly. My kids enjoyed the setup and it had a fair amount of different areas to play in. They enjoyed the VR soccer game at the front area. The bad? The list is far longer. It was raining outside and there were leaks everywhere in the space. We paid $60 (hourly rate plus tax) to use the space for 1.5 hours so we expected more. There were buckets all over the place and areas that were inaccessible. My son only got to ride down the slide one time because it was not staffed. The staff member told us to come back in a few minutes when they changed over shifts but no one did for the remaining 45 minutes we weee there. There were also a lot of mosquitoes everywhere (which wasn't expected with it being inside) so my whole family got totally bit up. I hope that they fix the roof because there is potential here but the bugs/wet areas made for a bad experience. read more

Came here with my two-year-old when it first opened on a Sunday morning. Very clean. The entire place is covered in mats so it is safe for all ages. There are multiple trampolines and then there is more of a workout area and a basketball court as well. This place truly caters to all ages including babies through late teens. All the staff was very friendly. There is also plenty of seating for parents throughout the entire place. I feel like this is a strength compared to some of the other jump places where you have to stay on the outside. Here you are right near your child but you don't have to jump with them if you don't want to. Next time, I might not pay to jump knowing I could still be with my little guy the entire time. I just wish it had a designated toddler area. It gets busy pretty quick here and all the big kids are running around with the little ones. I also don't want the big kids to have to stop what they're doing to have to watch out for the little ones. Will definitely return here!!! read more

Did my kids bday party here in March. Booked the Mega VIP package for 15 kids. Able to bring outside food and drinks. 3 large pizza and juice boxes were provided with package. Worry free set up and clean up. We brought extra balloons for additional decors. Party give away (water bottles, stickers and a 1hr jump pass) also included in package. My guest and kids have been back x1 using the pass. Best time to go is of course on a weekday and or Sunday afternoons. The facility is clean, does not smell like feet. Has plenty of seating around the trampolines for parents. Have snacks and drinks available to purchase. Plenty of parking. read more

have to say, I do too! We have so much fun there. There are so many different activities to do, from jumping on the trampolines to playing on the obstacle courses. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they make sure that everyone is safe. One of my favorite things about Defy Bradenton is the variety of activities. There are trampolines for all ages, from toddlers to adults. There are also obstacle courses, a foam pit, a ninja warrior course, and a basketball dunk zone. There's something for everyone at Defy Bradenton! Another thing I love about Defy Bradenton is the staff. They are always friendly and helpful. They make sure that everyone is safe, and they are always there to answer questions. I have never felt unsafe at Defy Bradenton, and I know that my niece is always in good hands. So filthy. Dirty socks, change, random items, dirt at the bottom of every foam pit. My children got head lice from this place last summer and we've never been back. They also will continue to charge you after you cancel a membership, then won't let you talk to anyone in management about it, so if you sign up watch your credit card if you cancel. We came to Defy on a rainy day in Florida. This is an awesome trampoline park - we had a 2.5 year old and because she was under 3, we were able to get in for no cost. Very nice staff! The trampoline park is incredibly large and there is plenty of room for the kiddos to run around. Not sure what else to say in a review though besides highly recommend. read more

I feel a little ripped off. I paid $58 on a Sunday for 2 kids for 90 minutes and several areas were closed off. The slide happened to be my daughters favorite thing here and it was closed. The tickets were still full price, even though the slide, zip line and several other attractions were closed. read more

Came here for a bday party. Lady that ran the party was great. Pizza was decent. Staff "watching" the kids was absolutely horrible and zombified. Were there safety rules for the kids? No. Any sort of grown person watching anyone? No. Your child is basically free to do whatever the heck he or she wants to do, especially when the parents don't seem to care either. If they want to play tackle football and a run over your small children without paying any attention to what's around them, they can do that. If they want to trample over your kid when they're catching a football midair and running full speed across the entire room, they can do it. If they want to smash your son's head in between two tires when he's trying to get out of the foam pit because there's no grown person monitoring ANYTHING, they will! Expect your kid to walk out of here with a busted lip and a concussion, you signed a waiver, what do they care about safe and orderly fun? Might be smart of the owner to hire some grownup managers and have them around to actually tell the teenaged workers what to do instead of sit there and chat like they're hanging out after school at a friend's house while small kids get pummeled. If the safety doesn't take a turn for the better, someone will sue this place and they'll be closed down. Just imo. read more

I had no idea this was on SR 70 where Bealls is. This is a great addition to our rotation of Sky Zone Sarasota and The Inflatable Park in LWR. I wish the slide was open and a few other of the unique aspects of this park compared to the others. Staff kept cleaning and capacity was kept low. We definitely will return. read more

I canceled my defy membership in December of 2023 due to my child being chronically sick and I didn't want to bring my kids anymore. I requested to cancel only and spoke to them by phone and they continue to charge my card every month. I have went online and canceled numerous times and this is the 2nd time I'm disputing the recurring charge with my bank. I think the only way out of this is for me to change my account number so they can't continue to charge after being canceled repeatedly. Do not give them authorization to charge you monthly because they will refuse and never cancel. It's a total scam. read more

Tried DEFY park out, it was pretty good for a location that allows indoor activities for all ages. You definitely get your cardio in jumping on the trampolines and trying the different areas they had. Wished they had all the areas open as 3 of the areas were closed due to staffing. The cleanliness could be better (like a wipes down of the facilities every couple hours as there everyone sweats and so forth). I would go back as it offered a different family activity then the norm. read more

We had my daughters 8th bday here. It was awesome, they refilled drinks and brought anything extra we needed as soon as possible. I barely had to ask for anything because our party attendant, Wendell (sorry for the spelling) was so attentive and courteous! Defy is extremely expensive unless you purchase their monthly package, which is cheaper than 2 days of jumping. The membership requires a minimum of 3 months which was perfect for summer with my kids. The only problem is when I deleted my boys memberships, Defy never canceled my adult add-on pay. I notified Defy In September and it has been a constant back and forth between the local location, the national number, and my credit card company disputes division. It has now been over 6 months later and Defy still keeps charging me $10.69/ month for a membership it would be IMPOSSIBLE to use because you can only use an adult add-on with a child membership which was canceled. It is harder to cancel Defy than it is a Gold's Gym membership. If would recommend you take your children to Jump N Fun Inflata Park which is just a few miles away off University Parkway, which is the next exit south on I75. read more

She must have been drunk or on drugs she was harassing the staff the whole time, as she was asked to leave she started yelling saying her kids have autism. That doesn't give you the right to act like a crazy person while around kids. I feel so bad for the staff but the managers handled the situation very respectfully I applaud these young adults for having to deal with parents like that while keeping there cool. read more

Worst experience ever. My child was pushed around and treated terribly by other children. After watching this happen several times my husband went to the parents of the children who were bullying my son and asked them why they were being so mean they looked away and did not care. they were all wearing lakewood ranch shirts with their starbucks so my husband asked why they were allowed to have starbucks because we were told we couldn't have outside beverages or food with us and she responded by saying "my son works here so we can" They continued allowing their children to push my son around and knock over all the blocks he was building. The staff also didn't care and allowed these people to bring in outside drinks and food but made my husband buy their concession water and food. we are going to cancel our membership and advise parents to please be cautious when coming here with their younger children. I've never felt so disrespected and my son has never been treated this way. I'm absolutely shocked. it was only our second time here and we will never come back. read more

Very disappointed. I was charged monthly for my two year old son when two and under are supposedly free. I've tried reaching out via phone to have this corrected but nobody answers and the voicemail box is full. After several weeks of attempting to resolve this via email, still no resolution. The "flight crew" members that are supposed to be watching everyone and making shure everything is safe were busy playing on their phones while everyone there was doing flipps and mowing down little kids.
