This is a great place for kids, a kids dreamworld. So much fun for them! The customer service isn't bad, the people that work here are pretty cool. I had a great time. Came here on a Sunday for the toddler time which is two years old to five years old and I brought my kiddo and he had a blast for two hours that we had we played a lot. We were able to use the obstacle course courses to race against each other and have fun and together, we had a blast highly recommend if you're looking for something to do with your kiddo. read more

Kids had fun here - wasn't too busy on a Saturday afternoon. We bought a Groupon on the spot for $8.80 per person for a one hour jump. They make you buy their $4 socks though (not part of the Groupon). Pretty annoying that they don't let you bring in your own water bottles. Play area was not nearly as air conditioned as the lobby area unfortunately, but wasn't too bad. The kids loved the giant bounce area. The place was very clean - cleaner than other trampoline or bounce places I've been to before, and I did see a staff member vacuum the bounce space with a handheld vacuum at one point. I do wish there was a viewing platform or TV screens where parents can see their kids in the giant play area. read more

first of all a kid that works there was using a ball to get other balls out of the rafters instead of watching the kids. Over and over for an hour.. He almost hit me with the ball and I asked him to stop.. He didn't stop and he hit my kid in the face with it by accident.. I got upset of course, and told him to quit doing it and he said, but I work here. They also wanted to charge me full price. The next time we had to go because my kid is seven. She's afraid if I don't go up there with her cause she doesn't wanna be alone so rather than charge me the nine dollar adult price to accompany kids they said I had to pay full price because she was seven.. Took the minion here again after a long break. Place wasn't very busy and the staff started off on the wrong foot. I was told I couldn't bring in my son's water bottle which it stated is the only exception on the sign out front for 5 and under but, whatever. It only annoyed me more that when I walked in after paying and returning the bottle to the vehicle, I noticed several other kids coming in with similar bottles. Anyways, the staff inside were very kid friendly and everything was smooth with the exception to a child getting stuck on the zip line in the middle of the building and the staff couldn't figure it out for few minutes. The problem was eventually remedied with one of the staff members going down the zip line himself and feeing the young boy. In the end all was well and no one was injured. read more

03.10 My littles had their tandem bday party here. They were raving about the park after getting invited to a friend's party. So I caved in and booked theirs 2 weeks after their bdays. We had 41 kids total for the air rider party. Some kids loved the unlimited zip line ride, a few of the littles were too scared to go on it but most kids had a blast up in the air. Our group was big and took up almost half of the party and lounge area. Concerned that it would smell like feet but it def does NOT. Big sigh of relief!!! Not able to bring outside food other than cakes and dessert but I ordered 6 extra boxes of Jets pizza, a fruit, veggie and sandwich platter for all the parents and kids. We were provided an unlimited amount of bottled water. They had 1.5 hours of jump time, 30 min snacks and more jump time after food. The crew were cool with the extra time as most people were done for the day. Our host also took care of our every need, she was fantastic as a host. read more

This place is FUN for EVERYONE and great exercise. We love our outings here and come during special designated toddler times (follow on social media for more info). Think of a warehouse filled with giant bounce "house" type structures but ones that have challenge factor and are fun to scale, climb, balance on, jump over, etc. There is also a zip line typed metal track that winds around the area that visitors can go on for a small fee. I believe there are also monthly passes available. There are lockers to put your belongings in and a snack area that even serves alcoholic bevys like hard seltzer. My daughter cannot get enough. This used to be my go to with my grandson. Loved it. But this past yr we started at a different place which he loves more but I don't because it's a longer drive and more expensive. Decided to return to JFIP yesterday & was so disappointed. There are no comfy places for adults to sit. I can't sit in a backless chair like picnic tables and I won't sit for an hour or more on the hard metal chairs. Guess I'll be driving to sky zone from now on. read more

A fun place for kids to burn a bunch of energy. They also let the parents spectate if your kids are young. They have a small designated area for tots and most of the area is for all ages (older kids) but the young ones can also play there too. The worst part about these is the "old uh burns" going down the slides. Also when you are bouncing there are a few parts that are hard and not bouncy under the mats so if you hit them it will hurt. They should have those areas marked. It was a fun place but I probably would only do it once a year. read more

Went through effort to fill it out and then went to pay 8 dollars and they said oh no only one spectator allowed which is her mother whom is jumping. It is non 15 dollars for each of us to watch. The park itself is wonderful. It was well staffed and pretty fun for my kids who are four through eight. There was a pretty cool set of things to do Why the 2 star? Partly because of a rude staff member and partly because of an unclear hourly policy. If you get there at opening be aware that it is "toddler time "and children over the age of four will not be permitted to enter. While "toddler time "is listed on their website, it is not incredibly clear that other kids will not be allowed to play until 11. We arrived at 10 AM and had to sit at couches with my six and 8 year old for an hour. I kindly pointed this out to the front desk staff and encourage them to consider updating their website so other parents would not get into this position like I did. The waiting room is boring and uncomfortable especially for three children who are ready to bounce. Instead of receiving my feedback, I received a very rude And quick rebuttal from a taller boy-man with dyed purple hair. Without bothering to even look me in the eye and take a moment to understand me from about 10 feet away he began to recite what is very clearly a rehearsed argument back on this point; explaining to me that the website is accurate and I need to read it more clearly. It was insulting; All he had to do was say "yeah I get it that sucks; here's what I can do for you as a customer to make this better" Instead I was made out to be an illiterate moron in front of all the other parents waiting. He seemed like he was in charge; I want to point this out because I think this is terrible customer service. read more

My son was bumped a few times on Air Rider, because it has an open metal detail that isn't cover by red soft mat. I wrote about this problem to the owner Marc, but looks like he didn't care about that. Marc was rude, and looks like he doesn't care if you child has an accident. NO SAFETY! The personal is young and didn't care so much about safety of your child. If your child had an accident, please write me. I saw a few times that children bumped by that metal detail, but the problem that their parents wasn't not close and didn't see that, because believed in the parks employees. But you can't , because the employees not provided safety too carefully. I wrote about my issue to Marc, that owner, and he called it as harassment. That's all you need to know about this park. This place is SO MUCH FUN! Who knew jumping on a trampoline could be that fun?? I knew the kids would love it, but it's pretty much for everyone. I had a blast jumping, running, bouncing in the massive arena. The place just opened in June, so it's brand spanking new, clean and energetic. There's an awesome foam pit, a dodge ball court, basketball hoop, kiddie trampoline area. Music is blasting, giant flat screen monitor, there's neon, strobe and black ceilings; all make for a really cool place. They sell some food and drinks. I don't recall where they get their pizza (update, it's from Jet's), but it's good, not your typical pizza. They are thick square crusts with good cheese and sauce. We had a birthday party there and everyone had a blast. They have some kinks they're working out being a new party venue, but they were quick to fix and accommodate. The party includes jump time, then a party where you get pizza and bottled water. We had our party in one of the rooms, but there are tables in the main room with flat screens and leather couches that look pretty cool to hang out in. I didn't get a chance to sit in them, but my husband did and he probably would've stayed there the entire time if he could. Staff is young but trying. Just some hiccups, but they are always quick to correct. There's a mix of enthusiastic and helpful ones and some apathetic typical teenager attitude. Kids.... read more

Our family of 4 went for the 1st time for their Family feast on Thursdays deal.it costs $39.99 for admission for 4 plus 4 drinks and a large pizza. We haven't been there before so we even got their branded grip socks as part of the deal. It was 90 mins of fun - even for us adults. It was a real cardio workout too. Especially the Dodgeball room with the kids. Their Ninja warrior-style inflatables were fun and of course, the spinning bar handles to jump and duck under was hilariously fun. Great fun when not busy/crowded. Where I can see there might be probs: There is only 1 bathroom for men and 1 for women so I'm sure that gets very tight during busy times like weekends. Also there were 3 teenage guys on staff on the bounce floor running some of the motor powered "ride"-type functions on some inflatables but I saw one of the 3 guys always hiding out in a corner of the Dodgeball room. He didn't do anything during our entire 90 mins and there was another guy running between 3 different "rides" turning them on and off for the kids. I would hope management would install a camera in the Dodgeball pit to keep employees working vs being on their phones. read more

First time visiting this place ever. Service desk is already a turn off for me. Young lady already charge me for air rider when she didnt even let me know my option. And end up paying $28.00 for 1.5 max fun. So she had to refund the 28 and do another transaction. Second of all, i came inside that place and its soooooo crowded. Barely enough to find a seat due to parties. Its horrible. I feel so clustered in this place and people standing around cause there is nowhere to seat. Lastly, poor parking lot. They need to do better. Im definently not coming back. My daughter only lasted for 30 minutes of playing due to being too hot inside. Which it feels like 90 degrees even if you are not even jumping. Be prepared to buy socks every.single.time you go if your kids have older socks . And by older, I mean a few months. We were there over spring break and from then until the summer, they've apparently changed socks. My girls got to play for about 30 min and then after riding they zip line multiple times they get told they can't go on it any longer because they don't have the correct socks. Fast forward to talking with a manager who proceeded to say "those are not our socks". They had the NAME on them! We all know sky zone has ORANGE socks with their name and defy has (the best socks really, cute fun prints with THEIR name on them). How this man child could tell me they weren't from there is beyond my comprehension. So instead of making the situation better and just offering us some different socks, he refused and said if they wanted to jump we had to BUY more socks. No thanks fool, you're not getting me again. The place was empty when we were there, it's not my kids favorite, it WAS mine but no longer. The best thing about the place for older kids is the zip line. out we won't be back and I'll be sure to tell all my mom friends to jump elsewhere, plenty of other places to go. To be treated that way was beyond unacceptable. I forgot to mention there were at LEAST 10 other children in my immediate line of vision with the exact same socks my girls had on. Pretty sure we ALL were not wrong here . The manager asked me to point out the other kids with the wrong socks, ummm no, I'm not going to ruin their good time because you want to act like a big man. Yet I show up with my five and six year old at 9 AM on Sunday and they tell us my six-year-old can't jump because it's toddler time. No exceptions we drove a half hour to go. They said we can wait, she can jump. Total BS! It's 20,000 SF - like my 6 year old is going to land on a 5 year old. They did a great job with the renovation and the change from trampolines to inflatables. A lot of really fun stuff for both kids and adults. We went on a Sunday morning with the family and had a good time and good cardio workout. The American gladiator style jousting was particularly fun and probably our favorite. My wife and I had a great time dueling each other! The kids enjoyed the zip line but it had a super long line so only went once. If going when not too busy might be with the extra $5 and doing it right away but in hindsight probably not worth the extra add-in for the zip line during peak times as the long line makes it prohibitive to get much use out of. Overall the facility itself is great with a ton of unique and fun stuff to do. I would've given it five stars except for two notable negatives: 1) minimal staff to guest ratio and oversight. We were there during peak tome on a Sunday when there were multiple kids birthday parties and were surprised at how little staff oversight there was. There were a number of kids engaged in dangerous behaviors (jumping off the vertical climbing wall onto other trying to climb up the wall, running in reverse through the race course at guests running through the course) with no staff around or the handful of staff that were presently seemingly disengaged. 2) the socks! We brought our lifetime Jumpin Fun socks we had purchased here last time but they've now switched from a red and black sock to a red and blue sock. So they said we had to purchase all new red and blue socks for $2.50 a piece. We asked if we could trade in the Jumpin Fun "lifetime" socks we had previously purchased from this place but they said for safety reasons we would need to purchase new red and blue socks and could not trade in or be credited for the red and black socks they had sold us last time. Came across as shameless money grab to squeeze $2.50 more per person in margin that left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall a great facility with a lot of potential if they can work out some of the kinks and add some more adult supervision. read more

We've been to many bounce/trampoline parks in the past. This place-Outrageously priced for deflated bounce equipment. Nothing was working the day my party of 5 went. We spent so much money (almost $200 with socks) for NO fun and no A/C on such a hot afternoon. I had to wait in the car because it was unbearable. The air ride, which the kids were really looking forward to, wasn't working either. Very disappointing. Fix all of your equipment if you're going to charge so much money, and keep maintenance status updated on your website so the public knows if something is closed that day!! read more

Great place for the kids to unwind. They have a section with very comfortable couches for parents to relax while their kids jump. My complaint is that the chair are facing the opposite direction as where the kids are jumping so it makes it hard to keep an eye on your kids while you sit and relax. They have the couches facing TV screens which are opposite to the jumping grounds. The pricing is set in 1 or 2 hour increments. You can buy a pass for 10 hours for $100 or 2 hours for $20. During the school year they run a special (except during spring break or long school breaks) Tuesday through Thursday $13 jump from 4pm-closing (which I believe is 8pm). They have a small dining area with limited food, drink and snack options - nothing special (hot dogs, chips, soda etc) You can either choose to have your kids jump barefoot or purchase their red socks. You may not wear your own socks from home. Kids are given a color bracelet to wear - they announce when that colors' time is up -- it is hard to hear!! They always have dodgeball going on which my 10 yr old and his friend really enjoyed. They have a ride that spins in circles and has a height restriction. My 8yr old was not tall enough. They have a climbing wall that has no height restriction. The place was clean, it is loud and full of kids. We went there on a Friday during spring break. Plenty of parking. Staff are helpful but busy. They run a special for the summer but I am not sure what the details are. You need to sign a waiver (must be a parent) you can do this online prior to going. If not they have computers for you to use. You will need your drivers license. read more

I have been taking my grandchildren to this park since it opened, We bought our summer pass and happily went this morning. I was Sorely disappointed as to what happened and how it was handled! 2 children approximate age 7 and 12 were beating each other to the point of one child throwing a punch and giving the other child a bloody nose, 2 of the employees did separate them but the 2 children kept going after each other, I walked over to ask if they needed help and one of the employees politely declined and said its okay they are brothers "um, no not okay". things momentarily calmed down and the young girl manager came out to talk to them. she allowed the 2 children to go back into the jump area right away with all the other children, the 2 children then started screaming obscenities at each other! At that point I went to ask for a manager but she was once again going out to deal with the 2 kids which ended up being HER children. She let them back out with all the other children again! At that point I no longer felt that it was a safe place for my grandchildren to play, What if that had been one of my grandchildren or one of your children that got punched? I walked out as did 2 other people with their children. I asked to speak to another manager but the woman with the angry children was the only one there and she didn't care at all about the safety of any of the children, Not even her own! Fun place, my 8 year old daughter absolutely Loves it here! Prices are decent and in line with anything else, keep an eye out for deals and monthly passes come to be cheaper even if you only went 2-3x in the month. This is fun for everyone, kids AnD parents! Decent seating area for anyone who decides not to actually jump and just want to watch the kiddos play, or anyone just needs a breather or break for a minute. The snack bar isnt too bad, prices are good. It's a big enough place that the kids don't get bored too quickly but small enough that you don't have a panic attack if they wander or jump out of your sight for a few moments. We come back every few weeks and will continue to do so. If you're in the Sarasota area for a weekend or so, and you have smaller and middle aged children who need to burn some energy for a few hours but don't want the crowds and prices and huge hassle of the other franchised jumping place, I would definitely come give this place a try for a few hours!! read more
