Defy and Get Air are the 2 trampoline jump places in town! Defy is way better!! (Especially for older kids) If you have little ones Get Air might be a little more geared toward them. Defy is super fun. My husband and I are youth ministers for our church and the teens always want to go here! It's also convenient that it's right by a bunch of places you can go for lunch or dinner afterwards. read more

This place was great, but now they made the minimum amount of time you can get 90 minutes. I don't want to take my kids here for 90 minutes, I want to take them for 60, because they're ready to go after 60. I'm not paying $15-20 more for 30 minutes I'm not going to use. I can buy a membership, of course. They're all so happy to suggest I buy a membership. I don't want to pay for a membership, though, I want to take my kids to a trampoline park every couple of months, and I don't think I should have to choose between a membership and $50 for 30 minutes I won't use each time I go out. I'm really curious why this business is so keen on selling memberships that they'll give customers a worse experience in the hopes of getting some people to buy one. read more

Do not give this company your money, no matter what I signed up on one of their monthly unlimited/limited jump passes. I had it for one month. It was nice however exactly one month later on 1 April. I called to cancel my membership because I did not want it every month. They said it was reoccurring so I called back to cancel they said you had to call back 3 to 4 days before And you have to send your cancellation in writing 3 to 4 days before renewal every month I called the day of renewal and they denied me the $30 they charged me yes that's right this family establishment denied refunding me $30 on my reoccurring bill every month. I only wanted it for one month. I stated that and called them exactly one month later They said because I didn't call them a week prior to the charge taking place that they would not refund me I think all family should reconsider the ethics of this business. I did not use this month pass for April at all I called on the first to cancel it they refused to refund my money I would never go here again I highly recommend against it for anyone. Don't try to ask for a refund because if they give you one, they will ban your entire family As retaliation for just being a good business and refunding money. read more

I took the kids I nanny here for a couple hours--staff is super friendly and there is lots to do for all ages. They have more obstacles than Get Air and I would prefer Defy overall since they have more to do than just trampolines and foam pits. My only downside with them is that places like this are always overpriced in my opinion. It's definitely worth it to let the littles get their energy out, but cost can add up quickly. Also, just a heads up that you'll need to buy their socks for the trampolines (you can't use socks from other places like Get Air). Kind of lame, but I get it--it's a business. Aside from smelling like 50 shades of brown, it's appalling for a trampoline park to charge $57.98 for two children to "jump" up and down independently, for 90 MINUTES. I can't believe this joke of an establishment. Nor can I believe how many people frequent this place for an opportunity to get scammed out of their cash. Those are the types of fees one would pay for one on one musical instruction or gymnastics. This place is heinous!!! read more

The set up is really awesome, there's way more to do than Get Air, it's cleaner, and the staff is more enthusiastic and capable. However it's so, so, so loud, and like Get Air, there is no parents' lounge to get away from the racket. If we could give half stars they'd get two and a half because the noise level really makes it someplace I'm unlikely to go very often. Kids and I had fun.... a lot of different obstacles and different types of trampolines. Very interactive staff that was there to help with the zip line, swing, etc. a little on the spendy side and felt like less than an hour , but we for sure got our work out in! read more

I want to start out by saying that I have spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars here, but... today we came to jump and got here at 1:45pm. The difference this time is that they said we "couldn't enter the jump floor until our jump time" which was the top of the hour at 2pm. They used to just let people go in when they got here and then you left on the hour based on your bracelet color. I have to imagine there is some logical reason for this change, but I can't think of one. When you have a non tangible product such as this does it make sense to nit pick?? I had a ridiculous encounter with a staff member today. We attended a bday party for a close friend's son at 10am. I met my husband and kids there after working out at the gym and brought clothing to change into and a blow dryer to fix my sweaty hair. As i was getting ready, a huffy teenaged staff member came in to tell me that I could not use their outlets for my hair dryer and that i was not allowed to get changed in there. Upon asking her for the reason behind this, she said "it's a public bathroom." What???? This was early enough in the day that the bathroom was not heavily trafficked. In addition, we were paying guests of an establishment which is designed to get people moving and sweaty. As I walked out, a gaggle of young female staff eyed me as if i was taking advantage of some unidentified policy or was a homeless person that was being shamed for using their facilities. My husband talked me down from speaking with the manager but I was completely pissed off and will likely go to Get Air instead at this point. read more

I first off want to say that defy is by far better then get air, and that is the only reason I am giving it a 3 star. Besides the rating, I personally feel that every time I come into defy to jump with friends, the shift manager/lead is always on the flight crew members about talking with the customers. Some of whom are my friends who are some of the best employees there, are being told not to talk to the customers. What does tell others about your customer/staff relationship if your staff is being told to ignore and not talk to people who are paying to jump and enjoy their time? I've came in a couple times and this happens EVERY TIME. I'm honestly surprised that you guys haven't had any employees put in their two weeks notice yet because of how poorly they are treated (especially by Chelsea; she acts like she owns the place and has no respect for elders.) I hope you as a owner take this review to heart and fix some things that happen in your establishment, because I want to come back to defy, but I just won't be until there is some change... read more

We had tickets booked for the 13th of March, on March 6th Oregon was put under executive order for Covid and we didn't think we could use them that weekend; we contacted them ahead of time and asked if they'd honor them later and they said they would. I guess they didn't chose to officially close their doors until the 16th (three days after our booking. Flash forward to now; the world is still chaos and we've had to move to Georgia due to job loss during the pandemic. I reached out and asked for a refund since we wouldn't be able to use the tickets and they fell within the emergency declaration period. Defy's response was that they don't honor refunds unless they were during the period they were closed (again, our tickets were three days before and week after the executive order). I'm so disappointed, we tried to hold off and would have loved to support this business; we absolutely didn't choose to skip my sons 11th birthday party he was so looking forward to. With how unpredictable the restrictions are, I'd be careful choosing to spend your money here. read more
