Our daughter double fractured her arm because the coach was not near her while attempting tumbling. Our daughter, although a great gymnast was learning and the coach was not in correct spotting position, not even within feet of her when the break happened. We get that accidents happen, but we are even more upset by the gym's handling after the incident. We are out thousands of dollars on surgeries. Our daughter had to have a titanium rod placed and all the gym seemed to care about was covering their own behind. They quickly informed the other girls on the team to stick to a story that the coach was not at fault. They would not allow us to see the video footage, so we can only assume what really happened. Our daughter knows the truth. We moved to a different state where our daughter joined a pop Warner football cheer team. A player suffered a break, and the whole community took it upon themselves to fundraise and do dinner trains for the family. That would never happen in Eugene. Our girl is on the mend, but the quality of care we received from NAAG was truly disappointing.

It was interesting hearing little details about the cars and their drivers, I appreciated getting to know those things when I had never been before. The stands were filled with family, friends, and fans. They are home of "dirty beer" due to dirt flying everywhere and landing in your beer. LOL. If you're looking to get outside on a Saturday night to do something new with the family or on a date, then this is a great place to go and support! He gave us a good refresher and helped us with our technique when we were struggling. The space is good with multiple bays, so it's usually pretty easy to book a slot. They replace the boards when they get too banged up and turn them into firewood, so it's pretty sustainable too. There is a gender-neutral bathroom that is clean and there are plenty of parking spots. The area looks sus, but it's fine. You can see the parking lot from the bays so you can keep an eye on your car if you're worried. I'll definitely be back in the future. This is a great and affordable way to have fun with a group!

As a parent, I love having a playground that is safe and never too crowded as well as indoors when the weather is bad. I have gotten a few other families to join because it is nice to meet up there. We can relax a bit while the kids play rather than hosting a playdate at our houses. I also really like that it is a non-profit run by the parents and that it is co-op style, so everyone pitches in to keep the playground clean and well-run. Some of the puzzles just weren't very good/clear and each on had to be pretty much done in order, so unlike some other rooms I've been in, you couldn't have part of your group working on different things to solve too much at the same time and come together to put it all in play. The room is list for up to 10 and we had 9, so only three or four people could really be engaged in a puzzle all at one time-- I'd probably list it for 5 or 6 people since there aren't simultaneous things that can be worked on. There were problems with lighting not being well thought out that was needed to solve major things. My puzzle loving son agrees that the puzzles just weren't as engaging or clear. Some lettering was older or worn off on the mirror/book and not as clear. There were other major things, like the staff hadn't reset the room when they brought us in and didn't notice until we asked, and then they cleared us out to fix it. That was a bit of a let down from the beginning, to see some of the solved puzzles sitting there . We got there early/on time and they started us very late. Email questions prior to the appointment were not directly answered after two or three back and forths. It was just kind of less than the other escape rooms we've been to. I also paid for 10 people and 1 person was sick-- I didn't except to get refunded for that person as per their website rules, but it would have been a nice thing to make up for some of the more disappointing aspects.

I am saddened to say that this YMCA no longer prioritizes protecting the youth in its care, nor the staff they employ. Their new facility was poorly built and threw them into not only debt, but an urgency to make money back above all else. They throw people under the bus to protect the "organization" and no longer prioritize people over profit. Disappointed that it has strayed so far from a place of community. I would not recommend a membership here, and would especially not recommend you work here or enroll your children.

They never returned phone calls so I can't cancel my service so I'm paying every month for a service that I don't even use and I don't have time to go in because of my work schedule and I live out of town. Also, it seems like their hot tub is always down as well as their sauna. I just think they should've made it bigger since they had all that property and went to the trouble of building a new one. Very disappointed in my membership
