Super fun place! I take my daughter here about two-three times a week after school and she loves it. I purchased their annual pass on the website and have been so satisfied ever since. After about seven visits, we're basically getting in for free. With the pass, you get extra jumping hours. We bring our grip socks every time but they're always available to purchase at the front desk. They have a water bottle station, so bring a cup or a tumbler because jumping is exhausting work. There are couches for non-jumpers as well as concessions if you're feeling snacky. The music is kid friendly and fun. Really great environment that as an adult, I don't mind hanging out for a couple of hours while my kid gets all of her energy out. read more

We visited during the day for one hour with the berry pass. The staff were friendly and the kids were having fun. The place was looking pretty rough since my last visit (6+months ago) Very stained carpets, massage chairs that don't work, the insulation is falling from the ceiling in multiple places and you can see where dirt/grime have built up in multiple areas. read more

There is no water available unless you bring your own water bottle or pay. They removed the drinking fountain and put a refillable station which at the price you're paying to get in you shouldn't have to buy water as well or plan on bringing your own. At the very least it should be posted on the website what is the expectation when it comes to water. Keeping in mind that a lot of people do bring water bottles. This place needs to be deep cleaned really bad. The carpets are gross. The foam pit squares are falling apart. It needs better ventilation because it smells musty. We've been to DEFY up in Portland when it was busier and it never smells like that. But a little cleaning would go a long way. read more

Camera booth not working, chairs not working, not enough seating, ATM out of service. 30 minute check in time. No safety monitoring to ensure jumpers are following the rules. WAY TOO CROWDED! Reflects poor management and ownership. Kiddos like the trampolines but I don't feel like it's sanitary enough to bring them back. Prices are a little steep, but it's a fun place for kids. If you have a younger kid under 48" tall, they can only be in a certain area for safety. Which I totally understand. But my 2 year old doesn't want to just stay in the little kids area. She wants to go jump in the foam pit, do the swing etc. and she can't. If you have really young kids under 48" I think this place isn't for them. Just doesn't offer enough for kids that size. Other than that, great place and friendly staff. read more

This is our third time coming here as a family and we absolutely love this place! I didn't notice anything being dirty or unkept because I was too busy playing dodgeball and jumping into the cube foam pit with my boys. There's a cool obstacle course that kids can climb and swing through. There's also a gladiator style balancing beam that kids get to use Q-tip style padded sticks to swing at each other to knock their opponent off. Its always full of kids running around and having a blast so it might not be 5 star clean but I guarantee you'll have a 5 star good time. read more

Excellent way to exhaust the energy and fun for all ages. Toddler times are 10-12 Tuesday and Thursday. They have themed jump time as well to dress up the months of October and November. You must wear socks with grips on the bottom and not homemade. They are available or for purchase there. There are cubbies along the wall for shoes and belongings before entering the trampoline park. There is a set of 4 or more massage chairs to sit in and pay to work if you choose. There are also couches and chairs throughout for parents to observe and relax. They also have a fridge full of goodies to purchase but marked up from purchasing at Costco by 98%+. There is a designated area in the back corner for toddlers to jump while the rest is open to all. There is dodgeball in a net area with 6 long trampolines, 3 cheese pits, a swing cheese pit, 2 basketball sections, an obstacle course area and a large area of multiple trampolines. Older kids don't watch for littles so best to come for toddler time or have them be aware to avoid big kids. They have party rooms available for an Astronomical price for what you get really. The bathrooms were not clean and I'd advise shoes on to go in. The place is a little worn down in part already but plenty of fun to be had read more

My teens showed up Friday night expecting the price for entrance to be $12.75 as posted on the website but were charged $25 instead! When they asked why the price difference from the listed price on the website, no one bothered to explain that was the online price so they could stop and have that opportunity. We rented a room for my sons birthday. Even with covid going on, they were amazing at making us feel safe and used precautions with the cleanliness. Great place for older kids, there is a lot for them to do, and they have added a lot of new things. I would not recommend taking toddlers. There is a small area designated for them that they can't leave and it's only bouncy foam padding, no toys or play structure for them. Also, there is no changing table in the bathroom. I had to change my son's diaper on the dirty barhroom floor. Of course I laid my jacket down first and couldnt wear it home. Also, food and drinks are ridiculously overpriced and have often left with a crying toddler or upset kid because they want something to drink that I won't waste money buying. So bring your own gaterade, water, or snacks. read more

Get Air Salem has always been one of my sons favorite places to go. The recent remodel makes it even better. The new wall murals are super cool. Great place to let your kids have fun and get a workout in. Easy waiver that I did online before coming, didn't even have to make an account/register to do it. Pay by the hour, socks are required and there is cubby holes to put shoes. There are very small lockers that you can bring own lock to secure items, something I will do next time. When you get there, you smell the sweaty old me combined with the smell of cheap perfume. I was very optimistic, as I have had a lot of fun at Sky High (Tigard). My little brother and I went to dodgeball and the worker that was supposed to be monitoring the game was flipping all over the place and throwing 60 mph rockets at the small kids wanting to play around. I was also disappointed when the workers were talking to single people fair her than looking out for the safety of the other customers (myself included). There was no seating for my dad, so he had to take shelter in a unused party room. NOT GREAT FOR TODDLERS! I just went with my 20 month old son for the first time. Yes, there is a separate area for littles, but littles are restricted to that area only. What kind of toddler wants to play by himself if there's kids playing dodgeball right next to him?! Also, parents aren't allowed to jump in the littles area, so it was hard to get him interested in the area we were restricted to. I could understand if it was crowded, but there were only 10 or so kids there. We were there for less than 15 minutes and he has been hysterically crying for the last 30 minutes. Fist of all i had fun don't get me wrong but there was definitely some cons such as, me and my best friend got hurt from the obstacle course i got bruised very bad from the medal bar, my best friend got lots and lots of rug burns, i know that This may be our fault, but it was on there property and was a hurtful experience. Number 2 THE LITTLE KIDS!!! You would jump and try to do a flip or anything really they would run and get in your way,the employees did nothing and saw it multiple times it's not ok,and they would just be standing there like idiots and you would jump and they would dramatically fall and cry then your the bad guy?The pros are that you don't have to have a mask so that's really nice,and there were like no rules that's a pro and a con. Wow this place stinks! $9 and hour per person Fri-Sun. Total for my group of 7 (including a toddler) was $55! Crazy. I see the draw though. Jumping is a lot more strenuous than I remember and every where I looked were sweaty worn out kids and adults. I think it's a GREAT place to take kids to get their energy out. Toddlers, not so much. They have an 'under 5' area but it was abandoned so my babe wanted nothing to do with it and instead wanted to play in the basketball area with the balls. It would be nice if they had some additional entertainment for the younger ones. The hour goes fast and, really, by the end of it, everyone was worn out so one hour was pretty good. read more

Not good for mixed age groups. We brought my 2 1/2 year old with my 10 year old niece. My kiddo was banished to the toddler area where no one could even jump with her. It's funny cause they all can do the foam pits which is essentially mixed age groups jumping with each other anyway. We have been to multiple jump parks where all the kids can jump together, I would rather sign an additional waiver statin I know the risks of littles jumping with bigs. But instead the last half of our hour was me consoling a toddler due to not being able to jump with her cousin. Just kind of a bummer. First, my kids are 12 and they really enjoy this place. However, the last 4 out of 5 times my family has been her, my kids have gotten sick within the following 12-16 hours. It's not someplace that is worth going to pay and jump for 3 hours, or hundreds of dollars for their birthday party, to end up sick for days afterwards. It's not just been my kids, but friends' kids as well. I don't feel like they even attempt to try and appropriately clean and sanitize. I've actually only seen employees clean in between birthday parties and nothing else. Last time I was there, a lightbulb was broken in the dodge ball pit and they closed it for 10 minutes, barely swept it off, and then let kids back in. My friends child walked out with a piece of the lightbulb. They need to do better!!! I can think of a lot other places to take my kids for entertainment and they don't come home sick 9 times out of 10. Ridiculous!!! read more

We finally made it! Took our grandson for his 5th birthday. All little kids want to do, is run and jump. HE DID! During the week and at night...BEST TIME to go! The staff was INCREDIBLE!!! High energy, super nice, great with kids, hard working and just dang pleasant! Most young workers these days do not care about customer service. Not at Get Air. First of all, there is no schedule posted anywhere. There is no room for a line or waiting when employees say that they will not be admitting more people for whatever amount of time they state. You're unable to pay, recurve socks or do anything during this time. They don't tell yo that people will be leaving, so the reason as to why they're unable to admit people is unclear. My 3 year old LOVES this place! I appreciate the toddle time they have on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and that they open at 12:00 to the general public, as most jump places don't open until after school is let out. I was super disgusted, however, that in the foam pits I've seen foam cubes with dried vomit on them at least two times that I've been there. I wish I could give this place negative stars. The staff there are absolutely worthless and don't do anything to combat or discourage bullying. Recently, my husband took our kids there and they were subjected to bullying by other kids. When my husband talked to the other kid's parent, the other parent initiated an argument with my husband and the staff threatened to call the police on MY husband and ban our family for life. They did not address the bullying at all and didn't talk to the other parent about their behavior or the behavior of their child.
