I started out with getting my eyebrows micro bladed & also getting my eyelashes done. Coco has become very rude to me over the past visits. Actually upon entering I said Hello to her on my last visit and she just ignored me. Never responded. Never spoke a word to me my whole visit.Now mind you my visit was one hour. All her other customers that came in she spoke to them. Started a conversation with them. Even though they weren't there to see her. I feel like she is bias. I definitely don't recommend. Since she acted as though she didn't want me there. Let me spend my money elsewhere. Where I am not treated rudely. I want to feel appreciated.

There are truly not enough kind words I could use to describe my experience. Let me start off by…read moresaying Janine has an aura about her that is simply magnetic. You ever meet someone and instantly you feel at ease... well that's her for sure. Not only is she kind, professional, genuine and gentle; she is GREAT at her profession. My expectations were kinda low going in because I recently pulled out a bunch of my eyelashes. Not to mention I have relatively fine lashes (courtesy of my half Asian genes). The process was quicker than expected and the end result was full fanned out beautifully lifted, dark lashes. She was thorough with after care instructions and even gave me bonus undereye patches! I received a nice wand and after care instructions printed on a convenient card. I felt bad because I have two cats and could tell she was doing everything in her power to make me feel this wasn't a burden to her. The only reason I knew is because I am also allergic to cats, just medicated by an allergist. I have already planned out steps to diminish the dander/hair for my next appointment. She made me feel comfortable and important so I definitely would like to reciprocate. The quality and value of her work is top notch.
