Honestly the tech was nice and everything looked clean, didn't smell like chemicals. I got a full set and gel polish change on my toes. The service was good, I just think they could pay more attention to details. Like i had to point out my nail lengths weren't the same, and some of my nails have some random specks of dust or whatever in them that they could've gotten out of the gel if they didn't cure it and polish over it again. The nail shapes aren't as clean as I like them, so I will probably file them a little to clean them up. Small things, but they make the experience for me when it comes to nails. When I arrived they were ready for us with two chairs next to each other. Our pedicures were nice and relaxing. I realized my phone was dead when I arrived and they even let me use their charger. I came for a gel pedicure, acrylic refill/cut down and gel paint with a design for my upcoming trip to Cancun. The service and vibe were outstanding. A very chill and serene atmosphere. The lady started my pedicure and another lady did my nails at the same time. Talk about team work! They got me in and out in a timely manner but I did not feel rushed whatsoever. I have used this place off and on for over 5 years. I used to love this spot. I got top notch service and my nails were beautiful. However, I went back in recently for just a basic pedicure and was not treated quite as well. When I ordered my pedicure, the lady rolled her eyes at me for getting the most basic option. My service then felt sort of rushed but acceptable. It was fine. The lady did a decent job and put the salon flip flops on me. Great. But then this man came behind her and put my sandals on my feet. Would have also been fine except he smudged my toe. I told him about it and he tried to fix it but it was very gloppy. Also fine though. I was willing to accept it. Where I'm upset is that I specifically asked him if I should sit longer to let it dry and he said no "just be careful".... By the time I literally just got to my car, my big toe and second toe were all messed up. I went back the next day to have them touch it up... they did but they didn't take off the messed up gloppy mess and just painted over it which just looks even more gloppy. It feels like this place is great if you are willing to spend the money for the upgrades, but doesn't prioritize folks when they get the basic service. This is a shame because even basic customers are still paying customers. And it's still not cheap to get your nails done at all. I still tipped 20%, always... but I expected more out of Dana and her husband. They used to treat me so kindly. read more

I run so my toenails are very short and my feet are a little on the rougher side. My pedicure was very relaxing, and honestly I'm very impressed with what she was able to do for my feet! Booked online but that didn't seem to matter as they never asked who I was. Chose the basic mani for my first time and got a very basic, not great mani. Polish bottles all looked crusty and she took the cuticle trimmer out of a drawer, so no sanitization. Had me soak for a minute in a dish of plain water and then went right to the clippers. Did not ask about length, just shape- really hardly spoke to me. Nails are not shaped well. Did not see her clean anything- and I did not see them change the paper towel my hands were on. Seemed to be some regulars in there, maybe they just didn't like that I was only doing the basic. I didn't expect a spa experience for $25, but I did expect clean and friendly. read more

Tracy here has been doing my nails since March 2019. She is wonderful, as is the rest of the staff. My friend and I go every 2-4 weeks to get our nails done (and sometimes our feet). I got a mani-pedi. Atmosphere is clean and updated. Treated myself to a gel manicure and Deluxe spa treatment pedi for my calloused feet. The gel polish was good and the toenail polish was good too. They were friendly and accommodating. I could pay by credit card and tip by cc as well. I heard them say that they also accept Venmo tips too, but didn't try it. Eh, I'd pass on this place. Owner/manager didn't even stop to wash her hands before doing my eyebrows. Pedicure was fine, but nothing special. Not sure how clean the tools were. They use bowl liners but then rip them to let the water drain, while my feet are in there. Doesn't that defeat the purpose? Also, the real problem, was that the owner/manager came over to me just as polish was about to be applied. Said the credit card machine was maybe not working and asked if I had Zelle or Venmo. Like what?! You post a sign if your CC machine is down. I made it clear I wanted to pay via CC and she "called and got it working." Very suspect. Not okay. Do not recommend. read more

Shoutout to our local community heroes! Dana always gives us extra special care of us! We had our second mother daughter spa day today. We had a wonderful time. We are returning after our dip polish 3 weeks ago. Both of our nails had grown so well and we were happy to see them so healthy! This is a beautiful testimony to quality care and quality product at this venue. We had so much fun choosing our new color and look! There's so many colors and options! I got my nails lengthened, dipped in color #177 red, and a few fun stickers! Dana was able to match my favorite color with my skin tone! My daughter chose a beautiful gray color perfect for Fall! She was able to do square round shape of her natural nails. She hasn't had her nails this long before. Bravo!!! Not bad but for the price paid it felt like we didn't get much done for pedicures. My aunt, my mother and I went in together and were sat quickly with no wait but pushed us to hurry and pick services when they don't post prices or menu online for a customer to be ready. So my choice is to find out in person. I wish they understood that but they don't. Then proceed to push you towards gel nails because that is superior ok.. but if I don't like to colors don't roll your eyes! It's my choice, already pushing us to pick expensive pedicure and then.. barely massaged, trimmed nails/dead skin. Just the lightest kind of service. For a random trip it was ok but if I choose to pay $68 for a full #3 or #1 plus tip I expect better. And choose somewhere else read more

This place is gross and overpriced. They don't have even have nail/feet dryers....like what??!? I had the sloppiest gel manicure done here. Cuticles flooded with polish and the polish doesn't even cover the sides of my nails. At one point the tech had me put both hands in the same uv lamp at the same time...and held up the one side with....a sponge. The bottle of the gel top coat had layers and layers of dried polish on the side. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I can't believe they have the audacity to charge premium prices. read more
