    Visiting Bliss is always a great way to end or start my day. I really enjoy that I've met a wonderful nail tech, shout out to Lee, who is so detail oriented. I can always find inspiration online and she is able to turn it into something wonderful tuned down and color coordinated for me, which I always appreciate. The music is always a vibe, the salon is always laid back and relaxed I can fall asleep almost in the massage chair or have a chill conversation with my lovely nail tech as she does her thing. Always returning for my me time once a month is always a huge treat. I am just wondering if this location has a point card like some other locations to work on a discount off a future service after several visits?

    5 day old pedi. Looks months old! Cuticles not touched with.

    Sure it was quick but 5 days later and $40 down for a pedi should not look like this! So disappointed at my pedicure and don't even get me started on the dip mani. Cuticles don't get cut, finishing trimmings of polish is not a known technique. My toe nails nor hands have never looked so bad after spending $95 on them. They look like they got done months ago. So sad that they practice quantity over quality. Never seen a DIP mani where the cuticles are cleaned after the dip has been done. How do you get to the cuticle growing onto the nail, if the dip is over it? Oh yeah you don't! Ugh. Hand in picture 1 day old. Toes in picture 5 days old.

    I am a regular at Bliss Fulton for about a year now . The service is great & my nails look natural . I have a great technician by the name of Jeina . She's amazing:) The shopping center has a lot of great restaurants also if you want to make it a day outing .

    Amazing experience here at Bliss Nail salon . I found my favorite spot to get my nails done . I'm a business person, travel to many places . Bliss Salon staffs are so amazing , make me feels warm and welcome . My nails technician is great, she done a beautiful job . Will definitely come back. Recommend to everyone .     Went in with a bridal party for wedding nails. Our appointment was at 5. I got there at 4:45 and they asked me to sit in the chair but I wanted to wait for the rest of the crew. After everyone got there and picked out their colors, it was obviously after 5. At first it seemed like they were super accommodating (we had made the appointment in advance and alerted them of the occasion and most paid a deposit ahead of time). Then it seemed we were each rushed through the mani/pedi. Maybe they'd allotted an hour tops for all of us to get through, which even in a normal mani/pedi (no special occasion) appointment is kind of impossible. I tried to take a photo of the bride with some of the bridal party in their pedi chairs and get a glass of wine we'd brought but the manager kept saying "I'll do it," to I guess get me in the chair faster? That's how it came off. Thought it was a little urgent and cold for a moment of the wedding weekend that's supposed to be fun and not rushed. Pedi polish was not smooth/ cleaned up. Nail beds and cuticles were left rough. For mani, he didn't let the dip topcoat dry all the way before putting cuticle oil on, so now it's half shiny/half messed up. Also I didn't get a massage or hot towel on my hands (I think he'd been assigned to another appointment) but they gave me a discount, which was super nice, so points for customer service, though I'm not sure a lot of people would speak up about that, and I had to ask them a few times if my check would change. $40 pedicure and $55 dip manicure, you would think they'd take time to really get it right. Also, the MOB's nails and toe color didn't match, though the dip # and regular polish were matched according to their system. Disappointing for such a huge weekend, but the bride's nails were awesome and she was happy so for her nail tech, 4 stars. Otherwise, 3.

    Beautiful salon with really great service, the hostess was very friendly and communicated well. Made me feel special and like a valued customer, I asked for a design from a photo I saw online and the tech did amazing!! First time customer definitely going back!!!

She is efficient, minimizes pain, and produces clean and lasting results. She should be paid what the quality of her work deserves and she should be treated better.

I paid for my services prior, which I appreciate. Nothing like a bottle neck at the front desk, with all your patrons trying to pay at the same time. The decor in the Beauty Lab is beautiful. If it very minimalistic, homey and comfortable. Most importantly, it is very clean! In fact, the kind gentlemen at the front desk was cleaning when I arrived. Cleanliness is definitely very important for a waxing business, so I appreciated that! The wax room was very spacious and clean. Madi was an absolute sweetheart. She was very professional and the wax experience was amazing! She had me in and out in no time, which I definitely appreciated on this specific Saturday, because it was snowing and I wanted to get off the roads ASAP. Amazing business, amazing staff, amazing experience! You should really patronize this business. I assure you, you will not be disappointed!

Still, I was refused service and told I needed a doctor's note upon arrival. Or to be off actives for 30 days. This has never been an issue before at any other location. First time at the Laurel location. I usually go to College Park or Silver Spring. I had to scramble and get my brows threaded elsewhere that night. I asked for the manager's contact and called the next day to express my frustration. I explained everything. She said the waxer was a new employee. I told her I'd sign a waiver of liability if needed, but I wasn't stopping my actives for longer than a week nor bringing in a doctor's note. I also asked to use my now expired birthday coupon beyond the expiration date and my request was honored. I went back after my trip for my eyebrows to be cleaned up as they were still in good shape from getting them threaded three weeks ago. Smooth appointment until checkout, when the front desk staff tried to charge me. I reminded her it was supposed to be complimentary, gave the manager's name who booked the appointment, and had her verify it. Apparently there were no notes in my appointment. There were other customers in the waiting room. Awkward. What if the manager hadn't answered the call? It would have been my word with no backing and an embarrassment. While this location is convenient, I'm not sure I will frequent it. Two out of two visits have required calling the manager. Not a welcoming experience.
