I booked the appointment 2+ weeks in advanced and 3 days before the appointment I was canceled on. The only options offered were earlier that day (lunch time while I'm working, and the next day when I would be out of town). When I asked to be rescheduled for the next week or weekend, I was told they were booked for the next 3 weeks and they could not find time to fit me in. I had two events I wanted the lift for - attending a wedding and my birthday(2 weeks apart). I scheduled the appointment 1 day before the wedding and could not have them done for that event - which was not ideal but fine. A dry manicure with gel that takes less than an hour and won't last four weeks isn't worth what I paid. She cares about your comfort, she noticed I was cold once and gave me a blanket. The process is really relaxing, and she plays meditation music so you fall asleep haha. I've gotten a classic set from her, and a few fills. She did great work on all of them. Each extension is glued to one natural lash. Mine last about 3 weeks before I really need a fill. I have gone to other places, where after 2 weeks you start to look wonky. She also doesn't try to sell you on special lash cleaner, and just advises you to use baby shampoo and baking soda. Her studio is tucked inside phenix salons, which is hard to find. Just search for the dress barn in L'Enfant Plaza when using Google maps.
