She is particular, meticulous, and gives honest feedback about what's best for me. I have come to rely on her for skincare advice, for opinions on the latest fads, and for her experienced and caring voice. I've tried microdermabrasion, extractions, and now face peels. I recommend her to everyone I know! Upon her recommendation, I got a lip tattoo from Paola. This was not my first lip tattoo, but it was far more pleasant than the other NOVA place I went to (where a touch up was more expensive than a lip tattoo with Paola). Paola reached out to me personally, scheduled a face-to-face discussion, responded to my texts asap, and gave me advice on how to reduce inflammation (that I had not received at the other place). She redesigned my lips and do a phenomenal job! it's lasted well. Do not be concerned about their location or office space. I have been to fancier tattoo studios and modern-looking medspas with more staff and amenities but they have not been able to rival the skill and expertise of Suzana and Paola at Synergy Beauty.

Instead of providing a professional answer, I was immediately met with a series of questions testing my knowledge of lasers. When I didn't respond within a few minutes, the owner followed up by telling me he had "stumped" me and proceeded to explain that my question wasn't relevant because I supposedly wouldn't be able to understand the answer. As a prospective client, I found this incredibly condescending and unprofessional. A simple question should not result in a lecture about why a customer isn't qualified to ask it. The screenshots speak for themselves. I chose to take my business elsewhere.

I did research and stumbled upon Jennifer! I was quite nervous about the process, the semi-permanence of it and level of pain tolerance. I just didn't know what to expect but a friend had nano brow done and recommended it. Jennifer was very patient with my questions. We did a consultation and then I came in for the procedure. Her salon is clean and pretty. Like many, I was nervous with how dark my brows looked at first but trust Jennifer! They will fade after the healing process and get lighter. Then the brows really look natural. My pain tolerance is probably on the lower end and I thought it was overall tolerable. Some areas there was little discomfort; some areas on your brows there's more discomfort if it's a sensitive area. After a week later, I came back to do lash lift and I am so glad that I did! I am Asian and my straight lashes actually curl up now! No pain or discomfort with this procedure. Love the lash lift and plan to touch up every 8 weeks. About 7 weeks after my first nano procedure, I went back for the brow touch up session and another lash lift. Overall, I'm thrilled that I found Jennifer for my brow and lashes services! I don't normally wear makeup, and prefer a natural look. I usually only filled in my brows to put myself together, and even that was a hassle by my standards. My eyebrows are sparse and do not grow in the full shape I would like. I found Angela's work on her instagram page and knew she was exactly what I hoped to find. She finds the unique shape that works best for each individual, and somehow works magic to make it look like you're not wearing any makeup or tattoo. I've had my tattooed brows and lash line for several weeks now, and they feel like ME. I haven't filled in my brows since. I look back at before pictures, and now they look so sparse to me, even with brow makeup. Not only is Angela an artist, but she is a joy to work with.
