I came to this place for its great reviews. It is also suspicious when the price isn't posted on a website etc. Do they charge subjectively depending on the customer who comes in? I'd love to hear more about what prices others are paying at this studio. As a side note, the "bed" was very uncomfortable. It was not a bed. There was a thin layer of blanket/comforter for you to lay on the surface underneath was HARD. I had back pain after laying there for 2 hours. Mimi had the gall to text me and remind me it was time for a refill, checking in multiple times. I support small businesses but since coming here, I have been to 2 other small-business studios who are charging approx $150-200 for new clients / full set. The whole process took about 2 hours. I took a Tylenol 30 minutes before my appointment as recommended in the pre-care instructions. First, Jenny drew on my eyeliner and confirmed it was the look I wanted. Next, she had my close my eyes and applied numbing cream to my upper lash line. I laid there for about 20 minutes and then she came back and gently scratched the upper lash line and applied more numbing cream and I laid for another 20 minutes. The actual tattooing portion wasn't exactly painful, but was highly unnerving because there was a tattoo gun on my eyeballs. I felt fine for most of it and only really felt pain toward the end when she was doing the finishing touches on the outer portion of my lash line (the inner corners and middle of the eye weren't painful whatsoever). I think this was because after having been gone over once the eye was more sensitive during the final touches. After the procedure she gave me an ice pack and I kept them on my closed eyes for a while before leaving. I would say that the two days after are the most uncomfortable part of the experience because your eyes are swollen. I iced them on an off the rest of the day the day of and as needed the following two days. She said it would be a bit swollen for the following day and then would be better, but for me it was more like 3 days until my eyes felt truly normal. I would recommend getting a cooling gel eye mask that you can wear the day or 2 after for simplicity. The days after aren't so bad you need to ice constantly and I think if I had had a cooling gel eye mask in my fridge I would have just used that to soothe the swelling. It's been 2 weeks since my procedure now and I've gotten fully accustomed to the look. It's soo nice that I look put together even when wearing absolutely no makeup. For the most part my daily makeup routine is just mascara and some lip balm or gloss so I loveeee not having to apply eyeliner. I'm also able to apply eyeshadow right over my eyeliner if I want and it will still show through. I've only actually drawn over my eyeliner once because I was going for a dramatic look. I would definitely recommend a natural look that you can play up if you want. Great experience overall! :)

I ended up doing a light volume set but she didn't charge me extra ( which supposedly to be $30+ more with the lash removal) She had my set done in less than an hour, which was quicker than normal. She also helped me fix it when I wanted more lashes at the corner. The set ended up pretty and light which didn't damage my weak lashes. Prior to the appointment, I had uneven brows from previous work and sought correction to improve shape and achieve a softer brown tone. During consultation, I was told the brows could be corrected to appear more even in shape and color. After the procedure, my eyebrows remain uneven and appear significantly darker than what was discussed. The results do not reflect the agreed-upon outcome. On 2/25/26, I requested a refund and have not received a viable corrective solution that addresses my concerns. At this point, I am still attempting to resolve this directly and I am requesting a refund based on the outcome not matching what was represented prior to service. I have photos to prove that there was no change before and after the procedure.

Wax also ended up on my cheek and in my hairline, which I have never experienced during an eyebrow appointment in 15 years of having waxing done. Even more concerning, she repeatedly tried to remove the wax from my face, approximately 4-6 times, and still could not get it off. I have never had to leave an appointment halfway done with wax still stuck to my face. I was visibly upset, yet the technician did not apologize or take responsibility. The owner then walked out of the business rather than addressing what had happened or attempting to resolve the situation. This was not a minor mistake or a matter of personal preference. It was careless service, poor technique, and completely unacceptable customer treatment. It would be wise not to trust this business with any waxing service.
