Was it only I who made two separate purchases, but the cashier was having an issue and ended up charging me twice for one of my purchases. I called Customer Service and left a voicemail. They called back hours later while I was busy. I again explained the issue, and she started telling me what all I purchased. I again explained my problem and told her I was short on time, that their customer service is pitiful, and that I needed to wrap things up.
