I am shocked and saddened about the poor business practices at Thrive Wellness…read more Thrive is now open only three days a week (which makes it difficult to book an appointment), and they would not honor their January 2025 special that I paid for (50 units Botox and a facial for $500) after 30 days (I tried booking my facial on February 25th and was told by Heather that they no longer have the materials to honor a free facial). I really liked Jodi, and was planning to come back to Thrive even though the front staff is extremely rude. I've left a message for Jodi to call me back to discuss (as I've just learned she is the owner), I hope she calls and I can change this review to a positive one. With all of the Med-Spa competition in Chattanooga and the surrounding areas, one would think Thrive would want to keep a loyal customer of 2 years. So very disappointing.

I utilized the description of the services to book online since I was new to the area and did not have a permanent salon yet. When I walked in, checked in, and took my seat to wait, I heard the assigned stylist talk terribly about the appointment I selected to her coworkers. I have no doubt other customers could hear it. When she pulled me for my appointment, she informed I scheduled the wrong type of appointment and told me I did not want that treatment then decided which new treatment I wanted. She decided for me what I wanted done to my hair. During the treatment and my trim, I attempted to make small talk, but was given one word answers or ignored. My second appointment was a last minute eyebrow appointment since my new salon was closed. I was seen promptly, but walked away with my eyebrows looking far from sisters or twins. Luckily, I wear glasses that covers the total difference in them, but I cannot even freehand the uneven section on one eyebrow because it is so bad. I will say, the male that works in the Clinique section is super kind and helpful. That might be the only good thing about this store.
