This was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions, so I was a little nervous but super excited! Melissa did an amazing job with making me comfortable, as well as answered every question I had. It is a painless process, and beautiful results! Warning it does take a long time to get done. It took about an hour exactly to put the lash extensions on fully. I can't hold still for too long, so that was a little bit of a struggle, but so worth it. I love my results and I feel she did a really good job with meeting the expectations I had. I do find it annoying that I can't rub my eyes after I shower ( LOL!) but it's not the worse thing that can happen. Overall I am very satisfied with the service at Deka! I would recommend to a friend to try them out! P.S. They are pricey and expensive to maintain, but I think they are worth it for an important event you may have etc. read more

if you're considering going here I would quickly reconsider. I paid 180 dollars for the most expensive lashes , I texted the shop weeks before going just to know exactly what I should book for I specifically asked for a certain style of lash I was told there was no problem I gave atleast 3-4 references to look at. she looked at it for 10 seconds and decided she was gonna do whatever she wanted to do. I sat there for 2 hours just to see them look NOTHING like I asked. I asked for long lose curl eyelashs and I got very tight curls , I let her know how I was feeling at that time , she agreed it was all her fault said "I should have taken more time to look at the photos " and she gave me two choices either she could take them off right then or make another appointment to fix them , I let her know i'm going on vacation and that's why I was there to get lashes , I also said I wasn't sure sat would work because of my vacation but we agreed to set it for sat because she had no other available times for me sooner. I am supposed to leave at 7 am that same day so I called to let the shop know that theres no way that can work they said I have two options come in friday when i'm supposed to be at work or come in at 4pm and get lashes put on that won't be on for 24 long enough for the glue to dry so I can get in the water and that is also the whole point of my trip . so basically I took the time to look up each artist to see who I thought would do the best job and I picked the manager and when I said they weren't how I wanted them she got defensive saying well that's what you booked for. she made me pull up the messages I made to the shop before she would even consider fixing them or scheduling me for another appointment to fix them. imagine telling your costumer they are wrong or making them feel bad for saying that's not how they wanted it. and before the shop tries to respond to this I will say yes they gave me two options both of which did not fit in with my schedule or plans for my vacation I shouldn't have to sacrifice my vacation for eyelashes I was getting FOR the trip. and once again I can't come in at 11am when I work till 12pm and I can't get them out on at 4pm when i'll be in the water well before 24 hours I explained this to the c service rep multiple times and all I got was the same run around answer so thank you again for doing whatever you wanted with my face. so when you look at shop instagram page and you wonder why there isn't alot of photos of their work this is the why. they don't care about their customers at all and if they did they would be able to understand why making the customer happy should be the most important part of the job not the money that they will happily take from you. read more

I just paid $169 for TruVolume lashes and they look awful. I told her I wanted them very full and long and they are Not full and they are not long. My daughter got classic and hers and 3 times thicker and way longer than mine. I FaceTime my daughter and they are so bad she laughed....that tells you how bad they are! I told the lady I would be taking them off when I got home so I could put on my strip lashes and she went and told her manager and they still made me pay and they just offered to take them off for me which I can't because it is Christmas eve and I don't have time. I'm just pissed because they still made me pay the full amount and they knew I was very unhappy! read more

They stole my credit card number! They canceled my appointment as I was pulling in then charged me! Managers Brook Case and Chelesie Kellehan both encourage the lash techs to do this when they are busy. There are too many other reputable lash services who actually value thier customers. read more

I love this place! I have been here twice now and am already obsessed. My lashes look amazing. Chandra has done my lashes both times I have been there and she is incredible!! I was so excited to give this place a try, but as soon as I walked in the door and asked about services and prices, I received snappy answers. I felt unwanted immediately. The front desk receptionist (blond) was completely rude and unfriendly. I decided to walk out. From one business owner to another...rethink who is in the front of your store. I made my appt. online and my appt. was confirmed via email. So I drive 45 miles to my appt. I show up on time . Then the lady says we don't have the product sorry! How can they get ahold of u online but not get ahold of u to cancel. Basically the lady said that was corporate that confirmed your appt. and they don't know what goes on here. I had an appointment that was scheduled for a Tues, at 2pm. This was at the Chattanooga (Hamilton Place) location. I have a 45 minute commute, one direction. I move other priorities around, just to go to this appointment. I get down there right at 2:00. The doors are locked!! So I go back to my car, which is facing the door, thinking maybe they're at lunch for a few more minutes. I wait until 2:10, the doors are still locked. I go back to the car and wait another 10 minutes. Nobody ever came to the door. I go online, to get the phone number off of Google. It states on Google that THEY ARE NOT EVEN OPEN ON TUESDAY!!! I'm furious, because I know for a fact my day isn't wrong. So I drive another 45 minutes home. Now I've wasted almost 2 hours, and gas, for absolutely nothing. Then I get up this morning to find a $50 "no call no show" charge taken out of my bank account. So naturally, I'm furious. I call, and get hung up on multiple times when I demand my money to be put back into my account because I WAS THERE!!! All I'm saying is, the staff located at the Chattanooga location are rude and inconsiderate theives. This was completely unnecessary. I can't get my time back, but my money needs to be returned to me. I have the time, I promise. This was in NO WAY my fault. It was the incompetence of the staff. And to add, all my lashes from the previous appointment (my very first time ever going) all fell out within 6 days. Fir $160?? It's robbery, and apparently is an issue with this place. read more
