There have to be at least 100+ dip colors, the most out of any salon in the area. The staff is always kind, however they occasionally run late (but most salons do). Plenty of chairs and always able to take quick appointments. I absolutely hate to rate this place anything less than 5 stars, as a 4.5 would be perfect for me. However, they are definitely not the cleanest salon in the area. I've luckily never had any issues, but you can tell the tools aren't cleaned in between sessions and a lot of tools are very old looking. Overall, it's not enough to deter me from these stellar designs!

Limited wait, talented technician, and lasting results. However, I've also had some pretty unpleasant experiences. Even when I've reserved a time slot on their website, I've found myself waiting 20+ minutes for my appointment to begin. There also has been some long wait time in between my manicure and pedicure in the past. Additionally, I've been mildly injured now twice by technicians with nicking and overcutting that both resulted in bleeding. In both instances, I wasn't offered any sort of financial compensation (which I have in the past at other salons). One of my nails was seriously in lots of pain for 2 weeks following it! Overall, I'd suggest coming here for a good pedicure and if only if you make an appointment (and have some wiggle room around that slot). Otherwise, hope for a great technician (like Tony). I think this store was what got me into doing nails - their regular manis and regular pedis last a long time (At that time I didn't want to try gel b/c I didn't wait my nails to be damaged), and my nails looked soooo good after. The salon is also clean, staff are soooo friendly (they told me I had a nice nail shape) and it's a very accessible location off the 57 Watertown Yards bus. I live in Boston and think it's worth commuting here if you want to get your nails done. Now I'm a bit more budget-conscious and definitely don't do my nails as much anymore b/c it's a monthly expense (and addicting for sure), but if I had a party or were going somewhere, I'd totally come back to Watertown Yards to get my nails done at Leisure Nails.

Honestly, it started with their $14 Brazilian wax promotion, who could beat that price? My first appointment went okay, and they later ran a half-off membership deal, which I joined since members supposedly get a discount on services. It sounded like a great deal, especially because I get waxed regularly. During my second visit, I wasn't even told which suite they were in (there are two in the same building). There's no front desk, just a doorbell, so I waited about 15 minutes past my scheduled time before anyone came to get me. The wax itself was fine, but the experience wasn't. Each visit after that came with some kind of issue. The aesthetician was often late, and when I'd call, I'd be told I didn't even have an appointment. I showed proof of my text confirmations, but they always brushed it off as a "computer glitch." I use their app, and it constantly tells me I don't have an appointment, even though I get multiple text reminders. The final straw was today. I had an appointment during rush hour, drove a long distance, and arrived early. I rang the doorbell several times with no answer. I tried calling with also no luck. The app again said I had no appointment. After waiting 20 minutes, I gave up and left. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, I got a text saying my appointment was canceled because my aesthetician was sick. Why wasn't I notified before my appointment? No email, no text, no courtesy call, nothing. When they finally texted, there was zero apology or empathy, just an attempt to reschedule. To make matters worse, it's nearly impossible to reach a live person or anyone from corporate. There's no working phone number that connects you to customer service. This company is completely unprofessional and disorganized. I'm canceling my membership and will never return. There are plenty of other salons that actually care about their clients.

Totally ruined any chance of relaxing as one was working on my hand and the other was working on my feet! Couldn't even turn on the massage chair due to them both working at the same time. No parifin, treatment, no massage. $75 + a $15 tip for a terrible experience. (I shouldn't have tipped 20% considering the service) unfortunately I won't go back. Too bad, this used to be such a nice salon. Also it was freezing in there. And to add 1 more the dazzle dry started peeling off my fingernails after 1 day. It usually lasts up to 2 weeks.
