This is my first refill by Aimee. I was so pleased with the initial appointment and work and now I'm even more ecstatic with the refill work!! She does an amazing job. She's so patient and diligent with her work--with a light hand and tedious placement of each lash Aimee doesn't stop until the lashes are perfect! The shop itself is gorgeous! Everything is very clean and well kept. I love how feminine the shop is and all the pink details. The lounge chairs you sit in are so comfortable and offer lots of lumbar support with pillow and the comfort of the chair itself. Don't go here go somewhere else they over charge you and their lashes don't stay on I was going in every week for a fill because they were coming off to easy I've been going here a year and just recently I've been having issues. Such as I noticed I was over charged for my service it makes me wonder how long they've been doing this for I've tipped them $20 each time I went for a full hour refill or even if it was 30 minutes. I've been such a loyal client to them for them to do this. I went in today and reagan took the rest of my money out of my account and charged me right then and there for my appointment the other day when I already discussed my credits with the corporate and they told me I had $57 in credits this was on 4/12/23. Well she gave me a paper and charged my account I had said to her that I didn't sign this you should've never taken it out of my account and she told me that was for policy's when you can see it shows it's for tips and the total amount and I'm supposed to sign. This just happen 4/16/23. She then said she never took the money out it wasn't here she swears and continued to do it. If you never did it why you keep saying that to me like you did. When leaving she told me to never come back as if I wanted to after all this. I decided to splurge and do lashes for an upcoming photo shoot. The salon and technician were nice, but within a couple hours lashes were falling off my right eye. I followed the after care insructions to the letter but within 48 hours half of the lashes on the right had fallen off. It looked ridiculous! I called back to see about getting them fixed or removed, and the girl that I spoke with was disinterested and unapologetic. I waited 24 hours like she said and once I put mascara on IT LOOKED LIKE CLASSIC LASH EXTENSIONS!! Now warning you, I have semi long straight lashes and I usually have to curl before and inbetween layers of mascara for them to stay. I have severe bruising on both of my eyes and I'm almost positive there is cuts on my eyes cause even putting in eye drops hurts soo bad it's unbearable. I wanted to try DEKA LASH Parker because its close to me, so I purchased a Groupon and made an appointment over the phone. Next I know a lady named Rangel texts me telling requesting me to log on the app to read messages she had sent me, I don't have their app and I asked if she could let me know what she'd said on her messages. She responded giving me attitude - unclear if I knew the difference btw a regular message and messages through app. I then got a second text saying if I thought I had booked appointment with her today because she didn't have any appointments available. So I assumed I didn't have any appointment today and texted back saying I didn't need the attitude and left it at that. Two hrs later I get a notification from my bank for 216.97 from DEKA LASH. I went for a glamour classic look and it looks like I have nothing on. I've had classics on before and this isn't it. They never have appointments available. I have been in there 3 times and they just say they can't get me in. It's always during the day when people work. Last time I walked in there was no one there. It's like going into a restaurant, seeing all of these open tables and they say there is a wait. What the heck? My technician seem to still be in training, asking for help from another technician several times. eyelashes did not turn out bad but they are not great either.
