I get it. But, seriously, people come first. I don't care if your "work" is 100%, 75%, or a total shit show-- if you show compassion and understanding for people, you will have repeat business. Not happening here. 1. Charged different prices for lash fills--- didn't matter if it was 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or maybe 3 hours. It was whatever she felt like charging with a nice 20-25% tip included each and every time. Willing to let it go.. I guess. I'm busy. 2. Unprofessional scheduling--- I'll let that go if that was the only complaint, but seriously, getting anything straight was a disaster. 3. THE BIG ONE. I had to cancel an appointment with 8 hours notice. Now, I wish it was because I was taking a beautiful all expenses vacay and well, gosh, just forgot the day I had the appointment. But no. I had a friend pass away from cancer yesterday-- only a year older than me with two young kids. They will not see another holiday with their mom, my friend. Not to mention, I have a very sick pet family member who needed to be seen by an emergency vet twice this week. Both have exhausted me financially, emotionally, psychologically, and physically. Probably not the best time to get your LASHES filled when you can't stop crying and your eyes are puffy? I don't know. Not a lash expert. Long story short. She wanted to charge me the full price for the appointment and I'm NOT okay with that--- I would have happily paid her for her NON time at half price... a luxury I wish I could demand when LIFE happens of my customers. Gosh darn.... wouldn't it be nice to schedule tragedy around super convenient times? Well, if you go with this lash artist expect ZERO grace!

When I arrived for the correction appointment I told Valerie that I was back to have it fixed & she immediately became defensive! First she said "Well, you said you liked the color!" I replied... "Yes, I like the color but want it closer to my roots, not an inch away." She then told me it could be fixed however I would need to pay additional dollars. Hair dresser/Erin ended up fixed my hair & basically filled the one inch gap for a six day old highlight & then charged me an additional $15.00. Customers shouldn't have to pay additional dollars to have their hair fixed for something that should have been done right the first time!
