We spoke multiple times to coordinate the date, time, and body shop location for pickup. They even called the day before to confirm everything -- so expectations were clear and communication initially seemed solid. Here's where it fell apart. I arrived at the body shop 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. I waited in the lobby, and 10 minutes after our confirmed pickup time, I received a call saying they were "on their way." When I expressed my frustration about being contacted after the agreed time, I was told they "got really busy." I waited 1 hour and 17 minutes before finally leaving. I contacted another Enterprise location and arranged a same-day replacement pickup. When I returned to the body shop, the owner informed me that Enterprise Huntley never showed up at all. To make matters worse, I called corporate twice to report the incident and request a courtesy follow-up call. That call never came either. This wasn't a small inconvenience -- it was a complete failure of coordination, accountability, and customer service during an already stressful situation. Word to the wise: Avoid Enterprise in Huntley, IL.

I found the number to Angel's taxi online and when I called, Roberto assured me that he would reserve the pick up for my son and was very pleasant to talk to. He took my info and my son's info and even gave me an estimate of the fare. I will definitely be using them again. Great customer service!!!
