Fast forward to today, we have a slow leak, likely fixable, but suddenly they don't serve the very town they sold and serviced this hot tub in. We are an hour apart. I offered to pick them up. Make sure you get all of the information from them first. went in and talked to Cheryl who showed us a great Hanamint 60" outdoor dining set. Loved the table but wondered why there was not matching chairs. when I went to the manufacturer's website, they did not have the collection and the chairs were being sold as discontinued at nearly half the price. When I called Cheryl back and told her what I found, she told me the color was being discontinued. When I said I would purchase the table, she put me on hold. when she came back, she said they would not sell the table alone. I would have liked to have worked with someone local, but after doing research I was surprised by the lack of honesty about the collection and suspect it is being discontinued. read more

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE. We purchased a couch in November 2021. The couch broke very soon after we purchased. We are STILL waiting for help with this defective couch. We either don't get a reply to calls, voicemails, emails or we get fed a bunch of BS that does not help us get any closer to a repair or an exchange. Not real impressed with this place. Staff was not overly friendly or welcoming. I went to pick up something that my husband needed for our hot tub (he is normally the one to go and get what is needed) and the price that was listed online was different than the price in the store. The online price was one price, the sticker on the bottle was another price and it rang up yet another price........three bucks more than the sticker price. The guy ringing it up didn't apologize for the mistake, but he did change it. The parking lot was a sheet of ice and it was pretty dicey walking from my car to the door. I've been to that store a total of two times now and both times the lot was pretty treacherous, there was really no excuse for it as ALL the other store lots in that area were clear. I did not purchase my spa here, but they are who I call to work on it since the other store went out of business. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because they are a bit pricy and have a pretty significant mark up on their parts. That said, they charge (again pricy) a flat fee and then by the hour to come out and work on your spa. So I had them come out, drain my tub, replace the electronics and in turn sell me the valve I needed that has been broken for years. Other hot tub places would sell me "the right" valve and it was always wrong and didn't work. They found the right one in minutes and mailed it to, and didn't try to cheat me. When it came in the mail They told me how to install it (it was easy) and now it works! They parts department is knowledgeable and helps you find the problem. So all in all I am pleased with their services and would recommend them. read more

WORST service EVER!! We needed 2 replacement L arm parts for a hot tube arm cover. Proceeded to drive 35 minutes out there, directly after talking to someone on the phone who said they had them. Then they told us we couldn't purchase them because they were running low on stock and had to save the remaining 20 they had in stock for other people. How does that even make sense? The absolutely worst customer service i have ever dealt with was never communicated with, during the delays unless I called, when I called was told many different ship dates. When it finally arrived to Watson's I had to call to see when it would be delivered, was told I would have an am delivery, never was called the day before like I was told I would be, I had to call the morning of to see when they would be arriving and was told a late afternoon delivery. We ordered our hot tub (viking) in Jan 2021. We were informed it would be August early September until delivery. The salesman Chad told us, when we received our hot tub, the delivery staff would help and make certain we knew how to maintain it. That did not happen. This was actually a sales point for us,, as we had never owed a hot tub. August came and went with no communication from Watsons. We would call and be told that it's all on Viking and they are waiting too. We finally get our hot tub delivered 2 days before Christmas and we're informed that we are lucky they don't raise the price because prices have gone up. (We already paid for it). They did not set it up our hot tub, nor did they ensure it's properly working, no manual, and no chemical instructions, (which when purchasing We were informed would be the case) We then find out after filling We have a leak from our brand new tub! We call Watsons and they send a technician out, who leaves a note on the door instead of talking to us (I'm inside the house). The note informs us we have a seal problem. I have to call to find out why the leak wasn't fixed. I'm then informed I will have another technician coming to fix the leak, but they are unsure if the tub will need to be drained (which is more money in water, not counting what we've been using to keep it at water level). The young lady in the service dept tells me she will call by Monday with details.. Here it is a week later and still waiting for details! Customer service and communication is horrible! I'm sure you're curious if I've talked with the Manager Chad, well he was the person who sold us the tub and the person we've had to deal with other than the young lady I'm still waiting to hear from. read more

I was feeling a bit of trepidation when it came to buying a hot tub. My wife and I had been talking about it ever since we bought a new home a couple of years ago, and now was as good a time as any to finally pull the trigger. As we began looking at the various options, I realized I didn't really know what I was looking for in a new spa. Luckily, Chad Coyle walked me through all of the features and options available, and I ended up purchasing a new hot tub that night. I was thoroughly happy with the service Chad provided, and he gave me a sense of confidence that I bought a spa that was right in the Goldilocks zone for us (not too big, not too small). We are eagerly awaiting its installation this week, and we are thrilled with the service and price we received at Watson's. We will definitely be shopping there again when the need arises! read more

The customer service at Watson on 29th Street is lacking severely. I expect when a customer service person tells me they're going to follow up with me they do exactly that follow up. I called the store in June it is now September there has never been a follow-up or even an attempt to assist me to resolve my problem. The problem here is the winter cover that was purchased in 2017 was supposed to be the best they sold. It didn't last one year at shredded all the debris ended up in my pool it cost me over $75 to clean out my pool and even be able to swim this year 2018. I wouldn't recommend buying a winter cover from Watson's the quality is severely lacking along with their customer service. read more

I have to say I have never been more disappointed in a retail business. After 8 months we finally received our hot tub. Watsons basically dropped in on our back patio and left. We had to connect tubes inside the tub that were not connected and they provide no installation or start up support. We have had to try to get it running by reading a 70+ page manual and calls to Watsons service simply refer us back to tbe manual. We were told when we bought our Bullfrog SPA if we sell it we could transfer warranty. The SPA is not even 1 year old and we have to sell it due to health issues and neurologist recommended not sitting in it. Now Watsons says we cannot transfer the warranty and blames it on Bullfrog . I contacted Bullfrog waiting for reply. That is not very good customer service when we paid Watsons cash for our Spa. I felt like we were lied too and they told us what we wanted to hear in order to make a sell. Either Watsons does not want to stand behind the Spa or Bullfrog doesnt stand behind their product... Should of stayed with Zager Pools and bought a Jacuzzi, I know they stand behind their product. We bought our hot tub in May of 2015. We were pleased with our purchase and delivery. We recently needed to replace our cover. Went on many websites and almost purchased from the hot tub cover guy in Canada for the same price with free shipping. I bought locally. It took 2 months to get it. I had to call 3 times to see if it was in. I finally asked for free delivery and they never called back. I picked it up and said never again. I'm giving 2stars because the first experience was fine but when I bought a new filter it doesn't fit quite right. Now this. Will not be back. Wow! Talk about great customer service! Chad Coyle, the General Manager, went above and beyond taking care of my sale for a Bullfrog Spa. The Installer (I think his name was Brian), and his crew had a very difficult inside installation. They had to bring my spa down a deep slope, through a tight patio area with a rough brick wall, (with only an inch or so of clearance), and then through a slider into my family room. They did it without a scratch! I couldn't believe it! I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Jon Peerbolt was my salesman; he was very knowledgeable about all the spas, and spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of this store. I would highly recommend going here if you need to bring life to your home. I was beyond pleased and happy with my shopping experience. Its been a very long time that I shopped at a store and felt like I was being treated with respect and a person and not just a dollar sign. My husband and I worked with Adam J. and not only was he professional but his knowledge and experience really showed. He helped us furnish our home without making us feel rushed. I have been waiting for 10 months for my hot tub to be delivered. At first he upfront told me it would be 8 months due to the pandemic. Ok I can live with that. When it did not show up as promised by February of 2022, (I bought it in June of 2021) I called and got told it would be two more months that it would be here in April of 2022. It is now May and I have not heard one word from this company. I have been reading all the reviews and am very nervous now that I even purchased through Watsons. I don't like what I've been reading. I am widowed and live alone and although I have had a hot tub in the past, I am worried that I will not get the service or help that may be needed in getting my tub set up and cared for. I also have no idea what year the darned thing will even show up. I just don't think waiting 10 months for a product to be built is even reasonable. I feel that the sales person should at least keep in touch and at least give some explanation I can live with. What a huge disappointment. He did guarantee that I would get it at the price I ordered it for as apparently the cost of the tub I ordered went up $2,000.00! Still waiting....waiting....waiting....& waiting! read more
