I went here to get my emissions inspection to update my stickers. Unfortunately it failed, yet I still had to pay $40 fee for the inspection. However, they told me to come back with in 30 days when I get the issue fixed and they wouldn't charge me another inspection fee. I came today to finally get it passed, and apparently all locations are permanently closed. I tried calling all the phone numbers to get some kind of help and no one answered. All maps and website list them as open still. I feel robbed of my $40 and I'm mad no one gave me a warning they'd be shutting down permanently. I want a refund. read more

They don't have appointments, it's first come first serve, and there can be a wait especially if you come on a Saturday. They do their best to get you in and out. read more

I have been coming here for years now, its quick, easy and the young man is always so nice. It is located right on the corner of state street can be a pain to get out of and its such a small corner be prepared to park funky. The parking is worth it tho. read more

This location is great. I've been three times now because they're extremely quick, it's like they value your time or something! Everyone I've ever dealt with here has been very nice. I've done two renewals and one oil change so far here with much more to come in the future. I went to an auto shop to get my emissions test done and they told me it was more that an hour wait. I went here and was out in 10 minutes with my registration and new sticker. I didn't have a coupon here so it was $35 for the test, but it was absolutely worth it. The on-the-spot registration as of today was $10 + your actual registration fee to the state. read more

This was a nightmare! Don't go to the West Jordan store on 1835 W and 9000 S. They wouldn't a pass a mirror that had passed for 7 years, then they told me I had to come back by a certain date, I came back 5 days early and they charged me again for Safety, had to return for Emissions and came on the date they told me and they wouldn't honor initial charge because they made a mistake and the prior month had 31 days in it. So I was overcharged twice because they wouldn't stand by what they told me. AVOID THIS PLACE!! read more

I'm seriously bad at remembering to renew my registration. So 2 months after it expired I frantically drove to DEKRA to get a safety and emissions test and do the on the spot renewal. That's the first great thing about them - $10 and you get your sticker there. The location is fairly convient right on State and 7700 S. There is a turn in from State if you're headed south. It's small and utlitarian. A few chairs and couple of old magazines and a guy behind the counter. There were no other customers when I arrived, and so I was helped right away. He finished in about 20minutes, the second great thing. Everything was quick and effiecient. However the woman who came in a few minutes after me had to wait because there was only one person in the entire place. That's pretty much the only draw back I could see. Safety and emissions cost me $55 less a $10 coupon. The guy was not overly friendly but I was there for a purpose not for a morning chat. Overall I'd definitely recommend DEKRA. read more

Stopped by on a Saturday morning, ignored for ten minutes, then when I was finally greeted by the technician he was extremely rude. Never said hi or asked what I needed done, just stared at me until I started explaining which car was mine. He then interrupted me saying "I need to see your registration." as if I had just ruined his whole day. I politely said nevermind and left. Not going back here again. read more
