This is a drive up, stay in your car service. That is fine EXCEPT when it is a heat wave and it takes 45 minutes total for service. I almost got heat stroke. I went on my lunch break and I did not have water in my car, I honestly did not expect to be there that long. On aforementioned road trip, I discovered that the splash guard was not put back on correctly and I had a piece of plastic dragging on the freeway for hundreds of miles. I thought that I'd save time and money going to this business but I regret not going to the dealership. I would have had water in an air conditioned place and they would have put the splash guard back on the car correctly. Not a happy customer.

They found the refrigerant was low, recharged the system, checked for leaks, replaced two O-rings, and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, after the repair, the A/C would only stay cold for about 15-20 minutes before blowing warm air again. I brought it back six days later, and they determined that the A/C compressor was failing after it heated up. Because this required another diagnosis, there was initially going to be a $120 diagnostic fee. I explained that I felt this was related to the original issue I had brought the vehicle in for, and Brad Schatz took the time to listen to my concerns. He agreed to waive the second diagnostic fee, which I thought was a fair resolution. No one likes having unexpected car problems, but what stood out to me was how Brad handled the situation. He treated me respectfully, listened to my concerns, and worked with me to make things right. That's the kind of customer service that earns my trust, and it's why I'm happy to leave a five-star review.

Starting my experience with sales, Ethan Haycock, who from start to finish was on my side and totally transparent throughout the entire process! He fought to get me the best interest rate and worked with an amazing woman by the name of Brittany Given, and the man....Chris Fairclough the salesmanager, who also swung for the fences to get me the best APR! From there, I went to work with Steve Martinez, the finance director, who continued the experience of transparency and willingness to build my own custom coverage that fit my needs! After that, I had the awesome pleasure of meeting Johana Cano, who helped me get familiar with all of the and outs on the Subaru touch screen platform and all the benefits of the vehicle. She is patient, knowledgeable, kind and very thorough in explaining everything you need to know about your new vehicle! Finally, Carlos Andrade, and his service team...Issac, Bri, Ivan, Alex, Jerry, Brittany, Ethan, and Rachel are not only super helpful and personable...but they GENUINELY want your experience to be the absolute best! At the end of the day being in sales, I understand that margin is a part of sales....and I want them to make their portion, even though they don't make commission! I came on exclusively for an emissions test and car registration. After dropping it off they called me to ask if I wanted to rotate the tires, do an oil change and change my brakes. I said sure. I came back to pick it up, paid $530 and only realized after they had closed that they didn't do my emissions and registration. The one thing I came for. So I bring it back the next day thinking they just forgot to give me the paperwork. Nope they didn't do it and told me to get in line behind everyone else in the queue. I drop it off again and ask for some kind of discount now that I'm up to $600. The manager says they can't remember that I came for emissions so they have to take the word of the guy who rang me up over mine. Cool. I end up with a $10 discount which is 1.6% for wasting over an hour of my time and messing up my order. TLDR; I ordered an emissions and registration, they didn't do it, I spent $600, they blame me for their mistake, and I get 1.6% off my bill. UPDATE: It turns out they botched the brake job on my rear right tire. I suddenly became aware of a grinding noise as I turn down the music on my way back home from Salt Lake. The grinding got so bad and my brakes got so finicky that I had to leave my car in American Fork and get an Uber back to my home in Orem. This has literally been the worst experience I've ever had at a store. UPDATE 2: So it turns out the mechanic who installed my brakes finger-tightened the bolts. One bolt rattled loose and was lost, while the other one almost fell off. What caused the grinding and brake malfunctioning was the fact that my brakes were barely hanging by a thread and not held properly in place. And yes, I was very close to completely losing my brakes on the highway. Up to this point I've lost $800 in time from work and have spent $50 in Uber bills and gas driving back and forth. The regional manager for Jiffy Lube reached out to me, which I appreciated. But then I was offered a certificate for a free oil change to make up for everything. That doesn't even make up for the additional out-of-pocket costs that I've had to pay through this ordeal much less multiple days of lost work or putting my life in danger. I declined. UPDATE 3: So I had to get my car there myself but they redid my brakes since the bad installation ultimately caused damage to the new brakes, replaced the lost bold that rattled off, and issued me a partial refund. I appreciate the effort to meet me halfway so to speak. It may not fully be restitution for the problems and lost time and expenses but I'm happy to meet any business halfway that's willing to try. I'm updating the review star rating to reflect that. Hopefully it was just the combination of a few people having a bad day. Fortunately my brakes didn't completely detach from my car and I was not physically harmed. I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt since a real effort was made in the end to true up a reasonable portion of the negative consequences of the situation.

I called them to report this, they said bring it in for a diagnostic steam clean and dye to the oil for I think $130 or so. I feel they should have look at it for free seeing as though I told them there was no leak before they did the oil change. Took the car into another auto repair to have them look at it. the problem was the wrong oil pan plug and washer was installed resulting in the leak. I would like a refund of the cost to have it diagnosed and repaired with the proper plug and washer was $160.43. I won't charge you for my time.

I came in because my car was squealing when I started it, but it did not do it on the day of the appointment. Rather than blowing me off or charging me for something I may not need, they opted to make sure my car was safe to drive and inspected the engine. They noticed that I had some oil build up, so they taught me how to check my oil and educated me on how to take care of that in both the short and long term. They made sure my serpentine belt was safe to drive and answered all of my questions, despite not charging me. No one works on commission here, and they really seem to do right by the customer.
