Pedro and his team worked very hard and did a good job trimming several oak trees, cutting three palm trees down to my requested stump heights, and cutting 19 oleander bushes. It took all day and two truck loads of trimmings. Pedro came back the next day to grind all the oleander stumps. Pedro and his guy, worked so fast grinding and filling the holes that I didn't get a chance to see if there was any stump left deep in the holes. When asked, Pedro said he would come back if they started growing back. These guys worked in a safe, organized and efficient manner and Pedro made sure things were cleaned up well afterwards. Just a Note: Two very small things weren't done how I expected them to be completed based on the initial estimate consultation, but I forgot those details and failed to reiterate those things specifically during the overview prior to the work being started. This tree company was responsive and quick when it came to removing my tree; however, they never fully removed or grind the stump as agreed upon, which is required by my HOA so another tree can be planted. After my lawn man informed me that they couldn't plant a new tree due to the stump not being grind down enough, I reached back out to the company. They scheduled a day to return, but never showed up. When I followed up again, the owner couldn't provide a clear date or time for when they would come back to finish the job. This is a prime example of poor management and poor customer service. Unfortunately, my experience feels like yet another situation where a business takes your money and disappears once the job is halfway done. I paid this company $2,000 specifically to remove the tree and the stump, and that service was not completed. read more

Fast and inexpensive! I created a project and got several quotes. They responded within 15 minutes and swung by promptly same day. Out of the initial responses, they were the lowest and so we decide to go with them. After we already booked them, someone came in at a slightly lower price. However, I decided to stick with him and I'm glad I did. I was unable to be on site when the work started as I was running late that day, but they got started right away and we're almost finished by the time I got there. They did a good job at making sure not to ruin the landscaping. I understand it was a big tree (25-30ft) and so you're not gonna get everything perfect but overall the landscaping stayed intact. I received excellent service in my opinion, at a very fair and reasonable rate. Plus they were local in Rancho so I love giving business to others in my area if I can. read more

We hired Pedro and his team to do a tree removal of our huge, old back yard tree. This was right after recent storms when strong winds took out many trees in Sac, crushing cars and houses and taking out half the city's power. In the recent storms, a large tree in our front yard started leaning towards our neighbor's house. I wanted to get it taken care before it did real damage, I hired Del Cid for the job and am more than happy with both them personally and the job they did. I would highly recommend them. I called Del Cid on a Sunday and they came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. They then came out the next next day and removed the tree. They did a very good, professional and careful job. They did the removal by climbing and lowered branches with ropes to avoid the house. After the removal, they cleaned things up even better than it was before they started. They even went on the roof and cleaned off debris that had accumulate there that was completely unrelated to their work. Our neighbors wanted to keep some of the wood and they cut it the way he wanted and placed on the edge of the yard for him.
